I know we've all beaten this subject to death, but....
I wonder who all of those other guys were in the paintings before him.....
Also, when "founding fathers" are added to a "wall of fame" or a "wall of rememberence", usually they are dead. That was my first thought when I saw the painting.

Has anyone attempted yet to check the other portraits by freeze-framing them?

I assumed that they were people who would become important at some point in the future- probably not anyone we know now.

Well, if they are important at some point in the future, why was Colliers picture added AFTER all of those? If Collier is supposed to be the one who began the movement.

I think the picture meant nothing. It was a way for Isabelle to trick him into thinking that he would be safe. I'm not quite sure whether her intentions are good or bad, but I'm sure that she showed him that so he would be killed.
