I used to live in that area …until I got priced out of my apartment.
Anyway, that is the place, you can verify it in person when you see a tile mural on the neighbor's wall across the alley that was seen in the background of one of the shots. Just use the pier in the photo above to guide you to the general area.
And I'm sorry, I misspoke: I believe the episode identifies the place as the "Bridge View Motel," not "Bay View."
