The name of the guy that Monk hates is Harold J.Crenshaw. The only reason i remembered is because I just watched Election again on Monday night And of course who could forget, "I'll see you in hell Harold!" Monk says that to him in both of the episodes that he is in. I like how they give Monk a "competitor" when it comes to his OCD and his quirks.
