Thanks, Tami, my parole officer is good about me taking buses unless I cross sedate lions for immortal porpoises which is why I was concerned that I might need to have the bail money ready. I've always been proactive that way.

What this hot tub needs is some good old fashioned Wisconsin "mud pies" -- could use the warm, fresh ones or the instant frozen ones. One is good for chip flinging the other good for cold lip stinging! Since both are made from the "green, green grass of home" either would be appropriate to bring along on the MMMTB.

fan4sure and LisaAnne, I'm a great lover of witty ditties. These are two of the best yet. A really great job done by you both, full of wholesome humor and a terrific read. I would say only if you are one of the few good men who can't handle the truth. Gosh what a good movie that was, Jack Nicolson and Tom Cruise, wowie, those are two really good men, ah, actors who played such convincing roles

My guess is anyone who wants to jump off the bus and miss all the fun is able to do so unless the driver puts them in shackles and handcuff with Og's jacket

I've really missed this bus.

I was leaning out to warn the penguin (#3425) that a sock monkey (#4288) was trying to give him a "hot foot" -- penguin 3425 was painting a bullseye on the rear window of the bus, for reason not yet understood by people who aren't penguins -- so I was leaning out the window -- did I say that already?-- when a passing lamp-post knocked me out the window.

This was odd, because we normally pass lamp-posts, and they do not pass us. But I guess we were going too slow...

Fan4Sure and Tami -- Killer Paul Simon parody. Loved it. And I guess the reason we take all the Iron Pills is so that we'll keep the bus facing North? Or is it so that Mrs. Ling won't have pressing business somewhere else?

I hate it when she puts too much starch on my shirts. They get all Irony.

Where were we? Where are we? What did I miss? What is the capitol of Assyria? How many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie rool toosie pop? If half an egg lays half a rooster in half a day, what time will the second train reach Chicago?

Man, I've missed this bus... Of course, people often accuse me of missing the bus, and then they ask if my train's just now pulling into the station, which is a bit confusing, especially if I'm travelling by car at the time.

Oh, yes, Paul Simon.

What we need around here is another "Worst Song Lyrics Parody Contest." Anybody up for it? I'll go start a thread...

I do have my own fan club -- funny you should ask -- but most of the members turn slowly in circles during the hot months and don't do much of anything during the cold months. One of my fans insists on hanging from the ceiling, which is a bit distressing at times...

Oddly enough, and Even So... did you know that Natalie Teeger's Fan Club appears to be a Louisville Slugger? Don't ask me how I know, but if I were you or if I were me, I wouldn't mess with her Crimson Marblefish.

I do a lot of posting late late at night, after my brain has gone to bed... Why do you ask?

Well...... Ironically, I'm allergic to tuna but I do have some homemade raisin bagels. I like them fresh and warm from the oven with coffee sweetened with a cinnamon stick. How about buttery nipples (Baileys & Butterscotch Schnapps) as an aperitif?

Criminal History: Did you know that Myrna Loy (Nora Charles of "The Thin Man") was partly responsible for John Dillinger's demise? He went to see her in a gangster movie, Manhattan Melodrama, and was shot by the FBI.

I don't know the moral to this story but where is this bus going?

I love butterscotch and those drinks are good (just hard to order) - there's a drink called a jellybean with a licorice liqueur like anisette and a fruity one like blackberry brandy or Suthun Comfort - good.
