I second this request! Please do post something on the old boards! If it weren't for other forumers posting on both forums and mentioning "the new board", I'd be over on the old boards thinking everyone had abandoned DZ!!!

The reason why I didn't was because I bookmark the forum itself and not go through the main DZ website. I would've eventually because I like to read the original story treatments, but may have been some days though.

Ditto! It took me two days of trying to start a new thread before I saw someone's post just barely mentioning a new board! I had wasted 2 f***'n days!
I sent a message to the Webmaster via the "Feedback" at the bottom of this page. Maybe if enough of us complain, they'll notice and post something at the old site, before we lose some people.

I wish they would make an announcement at the old boards too, it would make so much more sense. Whoever's in charge of this board for USA doesn't seem to be paying much attention to what's going on here... past that first day when they posted the "Here's your new board" announcement. Some follow-up info would be splendid.
On another note I'm kinda POed that I had to re-register here since now it doesn't let me post at all unless I'm registered. So obviously something has changed. This also makes me worry that our old usernames and everything won't be transferred over here cuz now everybody will have to re-register.

Now I don't feel quite so stupid...
Have the other one bookmarked, and I've been checking it once in a while, but no new threads, etc. - felt pretty stupid when I read the note from CAZonewoman - Thanks!

Exact same thing happened to me. I finally checked the main page on Sunday because I got highly suspicious when there were no new posts talking about "Still Life." Until then, I had no idea because I have the board bookmarked and was only checking to see if there are new posts or new replies.

You're right, but sometimes a message does get through. The first night I tried, nothing went through. Since then, several people have posted! And I managed to get a warning message to "stick" on a few threads, but not all. It's hit and miss, so until TPTB get off their butts and post a huge warning, or disable it completely, some people who are unlucky enough to not notice, then who don't bother going to the show's website, may lose interest!!!

Heh... some of us don't visit often enough to know about it. But when a new eppy aired and there was NO action on the bboard, I was worried. Fortunately, I have been distracted by the American Idol concert... and meeting Anthony Fedorov! Nowwwww... if only I could meet AMH!
This new board looks... interesting. More toys and features than the old one, and glory be.... is that html code in there??? Can we FINALLY post pics again???

BACK ON TOPIC- Yeah, about posting on the old board, I began freaking out! I was like people gave up on the Dead Zone...Oh no! But then, califzonewoman1, posted on the bottom of several topics that there is a new link...Phew! I had to set a new bookmark.
