I have always been a fan of WWE since the old WCW day's... If advertised enough and quality matches and marketing I believe TNA will rise up and take down the epitamy of what wrestling use to be... In my opinion WWE died after the attitude era... WWE rest in peace...

You know what buddy? Kiss my ass! I can post whatever the hell I want! I'm curious to the wrestling fans who actually can think for themselves rather then being hypnotized by vinces flashy white rapper champs and diva pillow fights! Any other wrestling fans wanna comment on the possible on coming rivalry?

EXACTLY.
but may I add that, saying the TNA will be the death of WWE is dumber than saying the National Army of Tanzania poses a security threat to the USA.

It isn't completely unheard of. No one ever thought that the WCW would pose a threat but they did. OF course there would have to be monumental changes.
1) Someone with tons of cash (maybe Ted wants another shot at Wrastling) gets behind TNA
2) JJ is taken out of power and creative control
3) TNA is put on opposite RAW and creates a storyline that draws attention and obtains many talented NEW wrestlers that catch the eyes.
4) Steals WWE wrestlers that aren't being utilized...Batista, Booker T, RVD
5) Gets someone from the past to come and rock and roll...Sting maybe, Macho Man perhaps.
6) CREATE the rivalry. Put it in the forefront of the show like WCW did with the tagline, "This is where the Big Boys play."
Make a slogan like, "Some people like to take in shows, Some people like to be entertained. This show IS NOT for those people. This show is for wrestling fans."
or "Do you remember bodyslams? Do you remember piledrivers? Do you remember letting the fists do the talking? WELL, we're here to remind you. You wanted Wrestling. You got it!"
Of course I'm on the side of the WWE because Piper is with them..but if he switches to the TNA..I'll flip like a coin.

Could you please not capitalize all your letters. It makes for a difficult read. I'd rather all small letters than all capitals.

It's a no brainer that "TNA Impact" will not get extraordinary ratings on a Sat. 11pm time slot. I'm sure Spike TV isn't expecting anything beyond a 1.0 from them.
However, I have a sneaky suspicion that TNA/Spike will have a wrestling special just as a litmus test when RAW is pre-empted for the annual dog show or some other inane event.

I'm just saying that under the right circumstances TNA could compete with WWE; that includes being placed opposite WWE or right before it.

While I agree that the slot sux for TNA, it would be dumb to put them up against Raw.
Place TNA in a time slot, so it's over when Raw starts

yeah put tna start time @ 8:00pm 7:00pm and pacific on mondays for 1 hour until raw starts that would be a good idea.
