What channel is USA on basic cable in canada? I know it will show in TSN, but I dont think they are going to show the Raw Exposed special, which is why I wanna know.

As a fellow Canadian...you're SOL. USA Network isn't available on Canadian Television. In order to get it you have to have US Satellite (DTV, Dish Network or FTA).
As of this time, there are no plans to air the RAW Special in Canada, however that could change within the next 2 weeks...
The only other way I can see you getting to watch the show is to have someone you know stream the show over the internet for you (which is illegal because you are re-broadcasting the original feed) or download it off the internet.
