Full Version: Will BN air back-2-back with PSYCH this Winter?

The question has to be raised. Psych and Burn Notice are the only USA shows, at least that I'm aware, that have NEW episodes airing in January.

With Monk being done in December, and normally it airing on Fridays in January/February with Psych, wouldn't it make sense to move BN to Fridays?

What is the schedule for White Collar (the show on now back-2-back with Monk)? the 1 thing I noticed was it was going to be done in December as well.

Burn Notice is a Thursday night show. I don't know why they would change it to Friday. I'm sure Psych will do fine by itself or they will probaby reair the final Monk season episodes. I suspect eventually White Collar and Psych will make the Friday night lineup together, but then again, USA may come up with some new programs to air with them. They have done well so far with the new shows. They haven't disappointed me yet!!!

And Burn Notice has been followed by Royal Pains which will be back in January too I believe....

Or wouldn't it make sense to move Psych to Thursday? wink.gif

I do wonder about this. I really don't think they would change the night for either show. Bad enough they changed the time on BN this year. Maybe they will just run each show paired up with one of the standard reruns (NCIS, House, SVU).

I believe White Collar got USA's standard 12-episode first season, so should go into January, even though that does not show on IMDB yet. I know there are a couple of new things in development at USA, but don't remember anything that is scheduled to debut in January. Royal Pains is coming back with a second season, but that is not until summer, and I believe then it will do a 16-ep split season, making it available in January 2011.

Have they announced a specific January air date yet for Psych? They have not for BN, except that January 28 appears on the new bundled S1 & S2 DVD pack being released in early January.

If we don't hear before then, we can check on December 1. The USA page should have the monthly January schedule available then.

The 28th? I was hoping for something along the lines of Jan 7th! There could be a silver lining though. There are 7 shows left in the season. If they show them late Jan. through mid-March, at least it won't be long til it's June again.

January 7 is the BCS football championship. I can't imagine anyone is going to program against that.

I was hoping the 21st, and IMDB seemed to indicate that for a while, but they took it down. I saw a picture of the bundled DVD package saying 1/28, so I'll believe that. Still want them to confirm it sometime.
