Did anyone notice that Natalie was wearing a ring in "Mr. Monk and Sharona"? At the beginning of the show the ring, which was rather big, was on her left ring finger, but the rest of the show it was on her right ring finger. Now, from what I understand that episode was supposed to be aired right before the two part end episode, but it was changed. So, did something happen in the other episodes that warrant this ring on her finger. She hasn't really worn any rings before. If she has they have been small. This one looked big!! Any thoughts anyone?

I didn't notice it before (my eyes aren't great even with glasses) but I opened it and inspected it in Windows Media Player, and yep, I see the ring. I don't want to say what I think or want because at this point it could be anything from what all different shippers want it to be (whether Mitch/Natalie, Monk/Natalie, New Character/Natalie, etc.) to a random wardrobe addition.

I honestly wouldn't put to much stake into it, if it was on her right finger most of the show then it doesn't really say anything. Being on her left during the beginning was probably a mistake that they didn't catch.

I aagree. I wouldn't put too much stock into it, and since it did air ealier, I don't think it means anything as of now.

Ooooooh that's funny! She probably just likes jewelry. But yeah that episode was suppose to air after Badge right? So unless something happened offscreen in that episode with her and ....it's probably means nothing.

It could just be random. But I think that the writers are very clever! I wouldn't put it past them to sneak in some hints in each episode that ties in with the End. To me that makes it exciting! Can't wait to see what they have in store for us.

Yes, I agree the writers are worrisomely clever and their not saying anything could be a simple oversight as many woud like to wish but it could also be a test of how observant we fans are.

If it does mean engagement or even marriage, one would think that something would be said but this is a ratonalized argument that rarely applies to the mind set of these writers.
