Season 3 episodes have disappeared from Hulu et al, so your legal options are:

-buy from iTunes. The season pass is $30 ($45 for HD), and gets you all 16 episodes (9 past, 7 to come)
-USA is doing reruns--we have eps 3 through 6 on Friday nights at 11 through November. More in December at 1 am. There will also be 24 hours of Burn Notice on New Year's Eve, although it does not specify the episodes. I am positive they will rerun all of S3 right before the S3.5 premiere at the end of January.

And I am sure there are places you can download it otherwise, but I wouldn't know about them.

Being in the UK, I'm a tad limited in how I can watch it, but there are several sites I use:

greatstufftv.com
free-tv-video-online.info/internet/
tvshack.net/tv/
and of course, the old favourite - surfthechannel.com

Hope this helps biggrin.gif

Of course, if you're in the US, you've got the choice of Hulu and fancast as well etc.

ETA: laugh.gif I REALLY should learn to type faster! Please ignore what I said about Hulu then....
