Full Version: Monk Forum After Show Ends?
I was just wondering if this forum will stay up after the show ends? I'm fairly new here, but I have become addicted to reading and posting here. I'm hoping the forum will be left up for a long time.
I don't know if the Forum will or can continue to exist in its current form after the final episode for no doubt the ending of the show will mean an exodus bringing to a close a remarkable chapter for some fans but at least in terms of the show's webpage, there are still a number of sites for programs which have ended while FF sites should continue to function as long as there are stories to published, like the novels which the author seems on wanting to continue.

Fans will continue to post here some time after the show ends. But little by little the posters disappear and this place will fade away. 
Sad, but true.
There are some friend groups in FaceBook, Twitter, Yahoo and maybe somewhere else, where some people continue to see each others. Of course people, who live in the same country could meet each others in reality world also..
Some posters continue their posting and having fun on other Boards, too.
But you were interested in our Monk Board. We will see, how long time people continue posting here after the show ends.
I also wonder, what will happen to this Board, when all posting has ceased. I mean, that there is a lot of good posts, crazyness and info....Would this Board still exit, or is Admin going to delete it? It would be pity...there is a lof of good staff...of course a lot of posts, which are not so worth to save.....but a lot of memories. It would be pity, if all that would just disappear. Also many posters here, with whom at least I could not meet on other way.
But maybe I am too sentimental. Maybe it is then just time to forget and move on.

I will take a guess and say yes. But only if USA keeps the show in reruns and religates the forum as they do NCIS, JAG and others.
I really hope this forum stays! I have joined this forum not too long ago and it would suck if it closed in a couple of months.
I'd rather this forum stayed open until there are no more fans that will post. I'd rather be sad that way than any other way. Then we can in our own time say goodbye to the show and to this forum in our own time.
