There might be another thread on this somewhere, but if there is its probably been a while and I'm just curious to see what everyone likes...
I would say Monk is the only show I avidly watch week after week and post about, but I enjoy a lot of others too. I love comedy and I love mystery/conspiracy shows. My favorites are:
Lost
The X-Files
The Office
Bones
Cold Case
and I like Psych for James Roday eye candy, but Monk is more my kind of humor.

Yeah, that's pretty much all the TV shows aside from Monk that I care enough about to record. Anything else, if I miss an episode, I really don't care.

Oooh yeah, I've watched a few episodes Mythbusters- that is a neat show.
That, and Man vs Wild. Now, that show is wild. Haha...just in case I get stuck in the Arctic tundra sometime and need to survive.

I've got a TiVo season pass for most of the USA shows:
Psych
L&O:CI
Burn Notice
Royal Pains
Not a fan of In Plain Sight and I haven't decided on White Collar yet.
Not on USA I like:
House
Dexter
Flashpoint
There are a few shows I've wanted to see, but haven't had chance like
Glee
Flash Forward
Better Off Ted
And I like anything on The Food Network.

I love any show where they blow stuff up for science.

Oh, I almost forgot, I like Dirty Jobs, too.
I like Castle, too, but I usually just watch it on Hulu. Nathan Fillion is funny, this last episode he was trying on costumes for a party, and came out dressed like the character he played in Firefly! It was a really funny moment for any geeks out there. My husband loved it, which was what made it funny to me. I didn't recognize the outfit, but when you hear a 250 pound man with a macho beard doing that really high pitched girly laugh he does, it doesn't matter what he's laughing about, it's just funny.

Monk is the only show that I belong to a fan board for, and it is and will remain my all-time favorite. But---
I love:
The Closer; Law & Order (the original); House; Midsommer Murders, although I very rarely see it anymore; Saving Grace; NASCAR; Grey's Anatomy.
I like, or liked:
Burn Notice; Life On Mars
That's about it. I just don't watch much else than that.

My husband really likes Dexter. And my daughter likes the Food Network. I'm not as into food as she is, but I did like the show where someone made a cake shaped like a Dalek, that was pretty awesome. It even had a spinny top part and speakers so that it said "Exterminate! Exterminate!"
He also likes Burn Notice and I watch it with him, I like Sam a lot, and we both found Royal Pains interesting and fun. I kind of like In Plain Sight, because I love Paul Ben Victor, and I like Mary McCormack from a movie she was in (with Paul Ben Victor, as well as Liam Neeson, Sandra Bullock, and Oliver Platt) called Gun Shy. She played Oliver Platt's very scary wife. My husband and I kept wondering where we'd seen her before and when he finally figured it out, we were both pretty stunned. Mary and Gloria are such different characters, and she did the parts so well, it was hard to believe she was both characters. Maybe she's kind of like a female version of Ted Levine, a human chameleon and I've seen her in a whole lot of other roles and never realized it was the same person.
If you ever get the chance, you should see Gun Shy, even if you don't care for In Plain Sight. I mean, it's got Liam Neeson, Paul Ben Victor, *and* Oliver Platt in it! If you get even one of them in a movie, you'd have a hard time going wrong, but this movie has all three. I really love Oliver Platt especially.

Oh, I saw some of Life on Mars! That show was weird. But in a good way. I kept getting upset about the way the cops treated the female cop, and my husband kept saying, "You don't understand, it was the '70s!" like it was just because I was too young to get it. I had to remind him that he's only three years older than me, it's not like he remembers the '70s any better than I did. And not for the reason that Leland doesn't remember all of the '70s.

I occasionally watch CSI, I loved the episode 'Fur and Loathing in Las Vegas' and the one that takes place at a science fiction convention. I sometimes watch NCIS in the afternoons, I like Abby and Ducky, but I'd probably suggest Gibbs get a coffee enema if I had to work with him, though. I don't understand why one of the people in NCIS hasn't planted a shoe in his anatomy. Maybe someone has and that's why he's such a grouch.

I was pleased to see some of you guys share the same favorites as I do!
My favorite tv shows besides Monk: Bravo's
Top Chef and Showtime's
The Tudors.
Fox's
Glee is not my favorite, but I enjoy watching the show. Gotta love those music numbers and mash-ups!
My past favorite show was Showtime's
Dexter. I watched until Season 2. It was excellent! Although I can't stomach it anymore. Sadly.
Ah yes, forgot to add CW's
Gossip Girl. It used to be my favorite show.
My all-time favorite shows are NBC's
Frasier and Fox's
That 70's Show. These are the only two shows that I have watched from beginning 'til end...the complete series. But of course, Monk will be next!

...the other day, my cousin asked if anyone had ever told me I'm a little obsessed with Monk / TS. Interesting that people are willing to tell me I need to get over this obsession, yet when I was a stumbling, bumbling drunk, no one said anything. This obsession = harmless. Alcoholic dependence = could have cost me everything. It's amazing what people are willing to judge you for.
