anyone know of any free gif creators out there? I used to have photoshop and the works, but i got it through less than legal means and when i reformatted I lost the program.

anywhoo I have a few awesome screen caps that I'd like to make into an avatar/signature... and i have no way of doing it. So though this isn't 100% on topic it does have to do with my psych addiction AND has to do with the signature for here, so i hope that this is an ok post
