For those of you following the news, one of the three DEA agents killed in the October 26 helicopter crash in Afghanistan was named Michael Weston. Sixteen Americans died in the crash in total. I think it would be especially appropriate if one of the episodes of Burn Notice in the new season were to briefly honor these sixteen brave Americans, including a real life hero with a TV name. Please support this.

<Michael Weston was a very very dear friend, and wonderful man. It was a pleasure having him in my life. He was a hero, and will be missed greatly. Love u always Mike. I will keep you close to my heart forever>

I have no idea how tv production works and if Fox can or will do anything directly to honor Michael Weston now that the Season 3 programming is complete.
But the stars of Burn Notice do care about the sacrifices made by those who serve.
And they are doing something about it. Today it was quietly announced that Jeffrey Donovan and Bruce Campbell had just departed for Iraq as part of a USO tour. They will be accompanied by Bruce's brother who is career military. You can read more on the
Bruce Campbell web site.
