Who thinks a spin-off for Sharona would be neat. Like if it was called "Sharona" and she was a nurse who solved crimes with the help of her friends. I mean she was smart and knew stuff about detective work because she solved one or two cases on Monk.

I would watch Sharona read the Newark Yellow Pages!

I think Bitty did a fabulous job playing Sharona. I also think Sharona had one of the most amazingly colorful and checkered and darkly sympathetic backstories of most any character penned in the last 20 years. Still I'm not sure Sharona is lynch pin material. She was wonderful as a breakout character on Monk. But something generally happens when a character goes from breakout to the lynch pin that has to hold everyone else around them together. Look at how Frasier changed after Cheers. He had to go from being slightly quirky and off kilter to being the voice of reason. You lost the wonderful humor of a slightly crazed psychiatrist. That to me was part of what was so unique about Monk. The lead character was the most unstable entity on the show. I love Sharona just as she was, and I would hate to see some version of her where the rough edges are filed away and the dark backstory is suddenly whitewashed. And since I have a very hard time believing in lightening striking twice, I have my doubts that any such show would be a success. Still, who am I kidding? I would watch it. I would most definitely watch it.

Love it. I'd watch. Natalie is okay, but I think the show really lost something when they got rid of Sharona. Her character would be perfect for sleuthing. Since it appears she getting together with Randy, we could keep his character as well. Monk and Stottlemeyer could show up from time as well, depending on how the current series ends.

That would be Ausome!!!! She would make a great spin-off!! Like I said, I love her and Nat, they both brought there own unique favor to the show that can't be replaced by the other! Would be great to see more of her on television!!

Kind on an off the wall concept. Have Randy and Sharona do a new series, a modern version of Get Smart (Agents 86 and 99). I could see some of the cast members from making appearances as well. Have Tony Shalhoub show up occasionally as a comical bad guy, with Monk-isms.

I would love a Sharona spinoff! USA needs other show with a female lead. I lost interest in "IN PLAIN SIGHT" after the sister didn't go to prison for her part in the agent's death. However, I would tune in to see the marshall and that FBI agent hookup. I saw sparks with them. She and the baseball player are/were boring.
