Lol, yeah I watched it and now I get it.
That scene would've been so much better if they didn't let us know it was coming in last week previews.

I am a retired OG/GYN nurse, and worked in pathology, the autopsy's I've seen they always cut first, to weigh and take tissue samples of the organs, they saw the skin from the head last, real cool, but it might gross some people out.
