So far, the 1st season of Psych has been the only season the lacked a Christmas special.
My question is, what about Season 4?

New episodes are supposed to return in Jan, which is to be expected, but does that mean we won't be treated with a brand new holiday adventure!?
I guess we could just make do with the ones from Seasons 2 and 3 on DVD...

Sadly, there's not gonna be a Holiday Special this year!
noone has given us a reason why, but my best guess is that its because Monk will be ending around that time so it'll either be wrapping up the series so it wont have an xmas epi, or Monk will already be over so Psych wouldnt have any other show to team up with. and it cant have an episode by itself cuz it'd be too random and a lot of people wouldn't be aware of it.

I forget who, but someone said there wasn't gonna be a Christmas episode this year since season 4 started later in the year than usual, which made it end later too. and because there was already a Halloween-ish episode.

That is such a bummer! The reasons given why make sense though. Oh well...

Darn! I was consoling myself with the thought that it wouldn't be too long until the Christmas episode. Awww...that's just sad. I thought for sure there might be mistletoe this year. Bah Humbug.

I liked the actor that played Gus's dad the first time I hope he comes back at some point...they could go back and forth with the two actors LOL
