It started a couple days ago, and only does it on this site. It's irritating as hell, but I don't think it's harming my computer. It just pops everytime I do something on here. I click "ok" and everything resumes as normal.
Does anyone know how to fix this, or is it something on USA's end?

Probably on USA's end. Their flash isn't the best on the planet and/or it could be in their javascript. Dunno which browser you're using but I'm not seeing it with Firefox 3.5.3.

Anyone in their right mind would use Firefox. Please don't tell me you use Internet Explorer. *Headdesk* IE is total crap compared to any other brand-name browser. I switch to Firefox and was showered in wonderment and awe. It's so much faster than IE, not to mention securer (if that's even a word.)

No, not at all. It's your preference, and in this case, your loss. You should really check Firefox out. I was surprised how much faster it is than IE.
