Well, this should be a pretty interesting episode, if you've seen the spoiler picture from the countdown calendar then you know what I'm talking about. I'm sure you're all still talking about "Shawn Has The Yips" but this will be here for next week!
A man needs Shawn and Gus' help to lift a curse on him that seems to put all of his girlfriends in mortal danger.
Sendhil Ramamurthy (Heroes) guest-stars in "Bollywood Homicide", premiering Friday at 10/9C!
Watch. Disscuss. Enjoy.

Yeah, I like Abigail, and I also like Jules, what I don't like is when someone doesn't like one of them because there in the way for the other
EX: "I don't like Abigail because she's not letting Shawn Juliet together!"
EX: "I don't like Juliet because she's not letting Shawn get with Abigail!"
That bugs me, but anyway - Abigail... I wonder what role she could play in this "Bollywood" episdoe, what would she do in this one?

Ha ha ha, "500th post!" the "2 second black" thing was the most memorable for me out of the podcast commentaires, also the fact that they said there's one hospital to shoot at and "Scrubs" was in the other hall at the same time, since I recently got into "Scrubs" that made me laugh.

Unlike past seasons, there has not been a single episode aired this season that I didn't like or outright *love.* Judging by the previews, it looks like Psych's winning streak will continue with 'Bollywood Homicide.' I love what I've seen so far, from the redone theme song to the dialogue: "I'm sorry, was this chicken seasoned with molten lava?" "I can't see anything out of my left eye!" "I see dead people!" (Anyone who's ever tasted Indian Tandoori chicken can sympathize.

Because this is the thread for the actual episode, I thought that I'd repost the link for the episode promo pics:
http://spoilertv.blogspot.com/2009/08/psyc...d-homicide.htmlHere's the picture of the poster from Mina's dressing room that Azita Ghanizada shared, along with her tweets:
-Shooting an episode of tv show, Psych: Bollywood Homicide: haha, I'm a bollywood dancing queen, amazing!
-Nailed the dance, had a great time on stage, best choreographer ever! Nap, then dinner w/ Sendhil Ramamurthy, who plays my fiancée in ep!
-Just wrapped, Luv the whole cast & crew on Psych, ridiculously amazing people! What a fun episode

And a peek from behind the scenes at Azita and Sendhil:

I thought I recognized Madhur Jaffrey when I saw in one of the promos (as the mom)!
She's an Indian actress (Punjabi) who also became quite accomplished at teaching people about Indian cuisine. In fact, I used to watch her BBC cooking series on my local PBS station more than 15 years ago (!) occasionally.

Ooh, maybe that's why Raj can't talk to women. . .it's because they keep meeting a horrible fate! Oh wait, wrong show. . .

I love curry, but I admit I'm really a whimp when it comes to spicy food, so I feel their pain! lol. There are TWO restaurant dishes that are spicy and make me suffer, but I love them so much I put up with it...but I digress
It's just gonna be great seeing them exploring a different culture. They did it for Homicidio (which was an homage to Roday's culture), but now they're going for something completely different. It's exciting!
Cant wait! I keep watching the opening and getting more and more excited each time. I just love how the show takes these risks and pays so much attention to something like opening credits- which is something that is so often forgotten. Just goes to prove how much thought goes into the show.

Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi; James RodayIt's funny, Shawn and Gus love jerk chicken so much (caribbean food is also very spicy), & yet they find the Indian dishes spicy. A lot of ppl down south have more of a tolerance for spicy food, & I love food that comes on the verge of making me cry w/out blowing up my mouth. Indian cuisine has many levels of spice and flavors, and you can always keep some butter on the side (anything with fat, spice is fat-soluble) to counter the hotness. Also, most Indian restaurants cater to the timid Americans & their meals don't tend to be too hot. If you're timid, you should go to an Indian restaurant over lunch, when a lot of them have buffets where you can sample everything. One nearby restaurant in my area has a "Viceroy's Dinner" that samples ~8 dishes, & I usually order that (& enjoy days of delicious leftovers) a couple times a month at least. Seriously, if you try an Indian variety/ buffet, you're bound to find something that's not too hot & still tastes amazing.

So I was like, "They say, 'I see dead people'." And my friend who I convinced to watch Psych (who saw the Bollywood promo) and then some other dude who watches it starts laughing. And everyone else was like WTF. And the teacher was like, "Um... okay."
