According to TVShowsOnDVD a Best Of Monk 2-Disc DVD set is coming out November 17th!
It will include one episode of each Season, picked by Andy Breckman, according to the guest stars that are mentioned the following episodes will be on it:

- Mr. Monk and the Three Pies (Season 2)
- Mr. Monk Bumps His Head (Season 4)
- Mr. Monk and the Miracle (Season 7)
- Mr. Monk and the UFO (Season 8)

So that just leaves Season 1, 3, 5 and 6.
Extra will be an extended cut of Little Monk.

Very curious what the cover art will look like, and what other episodes will be on it.

I suppose I should revel in being able to continue to watch MonK comprising selections of the writer's favorite episodes beginning in mid-Novmber but I must admit I read it with a touch of sadness realizing that preperations are already underway for the next stage after the series ends giving truth to saying "the show must go on."
