I have not even watched this show. The previews are enough. Eddie Fisher to the nth degree. Not handsome, not cute, AND I PAY FOR MY TV!

I don't know about everyone else, but I don't flip channels looking for the cute factor. I watch shows that are interesting with talented people and good stories.

But, besides that...I think they are cute.

I'm guessing that there are a lot of Jews out there saying, "Wow, a new drama with a main character who's Jewish!"

I'm also guessing that a lot of people are thinking, "WTF? Who cares?"

And I'll even go out on a limb and say that there are plenty of Catholic characters on TV dramas who turn out to be Catholic when the plot calls for a religious angle. Moreso, I think, than any other Christian religion.

I only recall one or two references to Hank's ethnicity anyway.

Turn off the TV that you pay for,dearie, and work on your masochistic "issues"! You WANT us to rip you a new orifice--just go away and be miserable. BTW, here are some shows you also may have not watched but should: Mental, In Treatment--then when you're feeling up to it, get a copy of Blazing Saddles: it was written by Mel Brooks (brilliant JEW) and is about a black sheriff who outwits all the bigoted white people.

The sad thing is that this is probably more an assault on Claire Montrose, who is probably unaware of these posts.
