I thought I'd mix up the waters a bit. Goren's gone through so very many looks over the years we probably all have our least favorites. For me, it's not even the beard-and-curls look. I remember it exactly, because it only appeared once and I can hardly watch the episode which is otherwise a favorite of mine.

The episode is Want. Goren's hair is overly long and looks like a victim of Exxon-Valdez. Fortunately that do was never heard from again.

as to his least favourite look...... mmmmmm, sure Goren looks a bit tired from time to time, and sometimes he seems to be wearing the same shirt an awful lot but I don't think that I have a least favourite look? He always looks quite tasty to me.

LOL! I was about to say almost the same thing. I don't know if I have a "least" favorite. Though I suppose I do have a "less" favorite. I love his hair when it's long enough for the curl to at least show up and when he has that really, really short 'do, it's not my favorite. But he's so sexy, it just doesn't matter!

This is a toughy. I would say my least favorite look would be Purgatory and Vanishing Act. I don't care for the beard or the longer, unkept hair. I don't mind stubble but I like when his hair is short and neat.

I agree with you guys on the longer, overly styled hair in "Want" being my least favorite style...though I could totally overlook it in the scene in the candy shop sampling the champaigne truffles. It just didn't seem to suit him compared to other hairstyles he's sported.

I think I read somewhere that he might have been just coming off shooting a movie and the hair style was residual from another character. Yikes...I don't want to start any rumors though, and I can't give a reference, so best pretend I never typed that.

I have to agree about "Want" being the worst hairstyle. I know he was filming a movie at the time, but it was just that one little episode that looked so out of place. Makes me wonder why none of the other eps filmed close to that time looked anywhere near that. Anyhow, he just looked so old, greasy, and big-foreheaded (forgive me! ). I just hated that look. I guess the next closest worst look was when he is initially shown sitting at the bar in "Purgatory", while he is thinking back on his days at Tates. Just going back and forth b/w the Tates scenes and him all grey at the bar is quite shocking. The rest of "Purgatory" doesn't look bad at all, just that scene.

No rumors. You are correct. He had his hair longer, with more gray in it, because he was shooting a short movie in which he played Orson Welles. It's called "Five Minutes Mr. Welles" and I think it's still on YouTube somewhere.

I think this must have been taken around the time of Depths because in that episode, he's got shorter hair, like in this pic, but just enough beard to be oh so FINE! And that scene where he's sitting at his desk and he smiles and rubs his hand over his chin...makes want to bite him!

Sorry...I don't mind longer hair but I just don't care for the beard. I think it makes him look old and tired. I really like the look in Depths; tanned, stubble, short hair...very cute.

Personally I love this version of Bobby better. (And the "Season 6" version of him the long hair but no beard) But I love this one the most!!! To me he IS MORE VDO than his other looks, excluding his original season 1 look.

least favorite-less favorite..hmm....................Guess i will have to go stare at a lot of pics to refresh my memory. It'll be hard work but I'll muddle through.

(btw-I LOVE that "so-so" picture. Think I'll stare at that for about a half hour just for a point of reference.)

Personally I'm not to big on the beard it's just to unkept for my taste, although it makes him no less adorable. I like the short curls and clean shaven (with the ocational stubble )

OK, as far as the worst look goes, what's wrong with this picture?

Answer: he's wearing too many clothes. He has more layers than baklava. Let's hope as his mood lightens next season, the wardrobe department will change some of that heavy, dark, makes-him-look-like-he's-wearing-20-pounds-of-clothing look.
