The Coast Guard Helicopter shown on this episode was a Sikorsky HH-52A Sea Guard (AKA Flying Lifeboat) which were retired from service in the early 1980's.

The current SAR Helicopter being used is the HU-60 J Jayhawk Helicopter as shown below (Note: This Helicopter is Stationed In Cape Cod)
