does anybody know when was Mr. Monk and the Kid supposed to take place? I'm writing a fanfic that's set about now-ish and i need to know how old Tommy would be smile.gif thanks

Well this episode was in season 3 and Tommy was 2 years old then so he'll be 8 years old now. (count one season as one year)

Haha, no!! I'm writing a fanfic in which Monk meets up with Tommy again somehow...I'm not sure how it will turn out but I'm having fun writing it biggrin.gif

Tommy was played by twins. I just found that out now.

was i the last one to know this?....lol

It is usual entertainment protocol to have twins play infants so as not to violate industry child labor laws.

two year olds are actually not considered infants, but the protocol is to have twins play young chilren. up to what age, i don't know.
