Here are some scenes that I would've like to have seen (or to see)

Stan by Me - The aftermath of the basement rescue. Getting the chains off. the debriefing. Would've been interesting to see Mary's emotional state.

The meeting of Mary and Marshall. Would've made for some interesting verbal sparring smile.gif

Marshall's day off -- what the hell does he do for fun??

Don't Cry for me Albuquerque -- Marshall finding out Mary was shot

Marshall going through Mary's desk to find the liquor...wonder what else he'd look at?

Mary's meet up and befriending of the "flower shop guy" in In My Humboldt Opinion. That's an fun relationship.

Mary and Marshall hanging out and getting blitzed at a bar. I have a feeling they'd laugh themselves silly just watching people.

Mary being nice to Raph...at all...ever.

“A Frond In Need”—Would love to see a scene explaining how “everybody’s best friend” ended up in a Fed prison. Can’t picture him doing anything wrong--never mind illegal.

Trojan Horst.

I would have liked to have seen a little more Marshall in the hospital. Mary visiting with him after surgery.

Yes...me too. I wonder what they talked about?

I agree with Trojan Horst and and Don't Cry For Me, Albuquerque. I also would like to know if Marshall ever knew that Mary cried for him at the Hospital.

I would've like to see Stan and Marshalls expressions when they learned about all that happened in the basement of Spanky's house...especially the attempted rape. That always seems to piss protective male types off.

I like some of your ideas. I'd like to see Mary and Marshall having drinks and trying to cleverly get personal info from each other because neither wants to admit that much interest. I think Mary isn't above trying to spy on Marshall to see what he's doing off-duty. And vice-versa. And more Mary and Eleanor interactions, maybe even in a chance off-duty setting. This is how I'd like to get to know the characters, through their interactions with each other.

Perhaps a field day where Mary and Marshall check into some of their witnesses on a slow day. Could be good fodder for interaction.

I'd like to have seen everyone go see Jinx in the musical.

I'm with you on that. I can maybe see him committing some petty crimes, but nothing that would land him in a Federal prison.

And I agree on the calls to see more of Mary, Marshall, Stan, and Eleanor in their off-duty hours. We've seen what Mary is up to off work when her family is driving her crazy, but I would love to see her hang out with Marshall after work. And I would really love to see her hang out with Eleanor after work. I really hope she comes back and she and Mary become better friends.

Scenes and/or scenarios I'd like to see in the new season:

Dress 'em up and take them out -- Mary and Marshall would have to get gussied up (think black tie) for an occasion. Maybe guarding a high profile goverment type at a fancy function. Marshall would look mighty fine in a tux and if Mary can make him nearly speechless in a skanky ho dress think of what she'd do to him in a gown. oooo...they would have to have a dance together too! (o.k...my sappy side slunk out there)

Fight...Fight!! -- As I've said elsewhere, let's see Marshall rough it up with somebody. A knock down drag out fistfight would be fun. Marshall, of course, would prevail.

A day in the life of... -- As previously mentioned, a typical day in the life of the WITSEC inspector. M and M driving around, seeing their witnesses. Snarky dialogue, laughter and maybe even a serious conversation or two. Their banter is always great. I can see Mary putting her feet up on the dashboard just to irritate Marshall...He would go on and on about a subject while she bangs her head against the window...She'd make prank calls to numbers in his cellphone...good times.

Mary breaking it off with Raph -- I see this occurring *before* she leaves the hospital. She'll have some revelation and realize she cannot marry Raph. It could be a really sweet, poignant scene even. They would agree it's not right...no drama.

Growing romance between Stan and Eleanor -- come on...we know they're gonna hook up again. He could play secret admirer to her (Stan's sappy enough to do that). Romance her, be sweet to her. Mary and Marshall would drive themselves crazy trying to find out what's going on! Stan and Eleanor can be very sneaky.

Pack Hunt -- Mary and Marshall borrowed by the SWAT team (or ATF/DEA) to assist in a large drug bust operation. Either in ABQ or another city. An interesting peek into interagency operations and into the partnership of M/M during dangerous situations.

Home Improvement Day -- please, please get someone to fix up Mary's house!!!!

Things I don't want to see: anyone getting shot, anyone getting kidnapped, crying biggrin.gif

Oh yeah. Marshall in a tux. blink.gif I'm so there!

And yes, PLEASE fix Mary's house!

I'll certainly throw in my vote for Mary's house getting fixed (I can't believe they've still got insulation hanging out of the walls and ceiling) and seeing Mary and Marshall borrowed for a different kind of assignment. Let's see more of their "badass" side!

And I really agree on Mary ending her relationship with Raph. It's obviously not essential to the show (as evident by the way Raph was practically non-existent this season until the engagement) and it's just another source of stress and drama for Mary. I agree that it should be a no-drama scene where they both realize that it is the right decision.

I really would also like to see "A day in the life" but I think I'd want to see that for Marshall. What does he do outside of work? He's gotta have some interesting hobbies. And when does he go home? He's always at the office. Does he even have a home? I'd love to get more insight on his character.

And if Brandi is sticking around, give her some purpose and her own place. She needs a career goal or at least declare a major in school. She should get a job as well. And she and Raph (who obviously wouldn't living with Mary anymore if they break up) can be roomies. That way Raph gets to stay on the show and Mary has to deal with the fact that every time she wants to see her sister, she'll also have to see her ex-fiance.

Mary and Marshall on really boring guard duty: They're stuck in a skanky motel room for several days. How do they pass the time and deal with the tedium? Pizza and dirty movies? Truth or dare? Spitball contests? Mary would go stir-crazy and Marshall would be secretly in heaven.

Mary and Marshall escort a witness to court in another state: There was a bit of this in Jailbait. I thought it was fascinating how they made their travel plans, flying a thousand miles out of their way and driving between airports to throw off a tail. Sounds like an episode of the Amazing Race. And the witness would have to be very annoying (a la Trojan Horst, which is my favorite episode ever.)

Mary and Marshall first meet: It's about time for the flashback episode.

And, yes, the Mary breaks up with Raph scene, which I'm guessing has already been shot as part of the mysterious and elusive episode 16.
