Maybe I misunderstood what he said. When he went out into the hall to talk to Francesca he asked "Why haven't you already given your statement? Were you there?" After she said she didn't see the shooter he that was impossible since she was standing on the porch. How did he know that? Or did I miss something somewhere along the line? That wouldn't be unusual for me!

I'm guessing that Bobby D. must have told him or Stan and then Stan told him or maybe he just made some assumptions since it was her house. It's funny but I wonder about all the little details like that too and then try to think back to see if I missed a clue or anything. This episode has a lot of things happening really fast without a lot of wordy explanation of details so I am sure I missed a lot even though I have seen it 5 or 6 times now. laugh.gif

I'm sure there was info exchanged between Bobby D, Marshall and Stan that wasn't written in. The cell calls and texts were a flying. Also, Bobby D was likely the one to call Marshall initially and may have given him the brief run down in transit.
And btw, there's no way Mary could've arrived at the hospital 8 minutes after getting shot. The laws of physics would have to have been broken.
At least 3-5 minutes for EMTs to arrive, at least 5-10 minutes to stabilize Mary for transit, at least 5-10 minute transit time. At the minimum we're looking at 13-18 minutes. Gotta love Hollywood smile.gif
I would've liked to see the scene where Marshall finds out Mary was shot...

Oh, yeah, the timing was way off on getting her to the hospital. Also, ambulances generally don't speed from the scene to the hospital. If they move too fast, the EMTs can't do their job. I used to be a newspaper reporter and worked a lot of accidents! I just thought it was weird that Marshall asked "were you there" and then said mentioned her being on the porch. I'm surprised he didn't shake her down earlier for information.

I would have, too. I wonder if they filmed it and it'll be on the DVD as a deleted scene.
