does anybody agree that it is time for Jill to decide....i means shes getting close with hank but they are not together...then charlie comes and shes getting close to him and asking him to leave her alone alot less. am i the only one that thinks she needs to choose before this becomes Greys Anatomy (im not trying to dis Greys Anatomy, trust me i love that show) but seriously...isnt it time for her to choose???

Yes! She says she wants a divorce from Charlie ---now back and hired by the hospital; maybe he'll be around long enough for her to hire a lawyer. He is pushy and schmoozy with our Jill the pushover. She is insecure enough to go after the recently dumped Hank (our own McDreamy) who is in rebound mode--the recipient of her mixed messages, so he never knows where he stands! As her hospital board chairman suggested to her several episodes back: "Pick a lane, Miss Casey; it's a lot safer that way!"

Personally I am hoping that Boris's shark eats Charlie.. I dislike him that much.

yeah...i dont like charlie either and i think that jill and hank should figure things out. Because they cant seem to stay away from eachother, they are friends with benefits and someone is going to get hurt. i also think that Jill is too into her work for any relationship because she doesnt know how to keep them separated. and Hank has no time because he is always running off for a patient when he is with Jill.

but i still like Hank and Jill better then Charlie and Jill...i really dont like Charlie

I don't like Charlie at all. He thinks now he is back at the hospital, he is hot stuff.
