Ok, so I just have to say, I've seen alot of SVU- but the one episode I saw today I think had to be the best one I've seen yet. I think hands down the best villian on SVU was Abraham Ophion. This guy would be like Charles Manson's best friend. In this episode of SVU, "Abraham" plays a cult leader who leads a church called the "Church of Wisdom" or something like that- and he preaches that the serpent is actually the body of Christ. He even goes on to kill the husbands of the families that join his cult and take their wives as his own and has children with them. I'm telling you- this has to be the best villain on SVU that I think I have ever seen.

Abraham is a good villian, but Richard White takes the cake for me...

I don't know...I think Liam Connors was the worst.

Hmmm, I think that was Bushido.

Same here. Richard White installed the creepy shivers on my spine and it has remained there ever since! So far he hasn't been topped by anyone else!

Bushido was indeed the one who shot Elliot but the only thing he really crept me out by was eating the tiger steak. His go-to guy, Tybor (the undercover cop) was even more creepier! Especially by the voice.

Lowell from Undercover is high up on my list too...

And RAW, that racist father-son duo! However my instinct was to punch them...wonder how they would feel an Italian-Irish punch to the face?

I also loved "Valentine" played by Martin Short in Pure, I love to see comedians playing the bad guy!

I was going to go with him as well, but wasn't his name "Balentine"?

Richard White was a special kind of creepy, however.

Gitano wasn't really a villian IMO. He was just really sick.

And although this guy didn't play a major character, he was nontheless creepy because he didn't have a problem with his business practices - the executive from Appearances (currently plays Charlie on OLTL). The fact that he would push computer generated kiddy porn on past offenders was a real low for me.
