Okay. You need to choose. Is Kate better than Ziva,or is it the other way around? Is Tony better than McGee? Is Leon better than Jenny? Is Mike(Franks)better than Gibbs?

P.S Most people are going to say that Gibbs is better than Mike.

And just for the record,I think Ziva is better than Kate(but I like Kate),Tony is better than McGee(and again Ilike McGee),Jenny is better than Leon,and of course Gibbs is better than Mike.

Don't get me wrong,I love all of the characters.

It's really hard to say that one character is better than the other, since they all add a spark of their own uniquness to the show.

I admit it was a stupid idea to post this topic,but I was just wondering who likes who better or who likes who the best.

Purplerain0405 is right. All the characters do bring a spark to the show and without one,the show wouldn't be the same.

It's okay. We all still have our favorites though. Mine is Tony (Michael Weatherly).

The Franks/Gibbs comparison and the Tony/McGee comparisons aren't fair comparisons.

This I do agree on. Haven't liked Vance since day 1.

I prefer Jenny of Leon. Leon has too much of a hardnose attitude and doesn't mesh well with the rest of the group. We at least knew Jenny and Gibbs' history right from the get go. Leon is a mystery.

Oh, my goodness! Oh, my goodness! Choose one over the others????? I tried. Really, I have and I just can't succeed in choosing one character. I LOVE them all! They each add something to the show and without one, it just wouldn't be the same. Ducky, Abby - you didn't mention them and I look forward to their parts in each episode. I miss Jenny, sorry they killed her off. I truly hope the others survive this season.

Hey,tdasher,the only reason I didn't mention Ducky or Abby is because they have no replacements.

My picks: Ziva, McGee, and Gibbs.

I started watching this late and it was the character Ziva that pulled me in. So I like her better than Kate (well I don't really like Kate but whatever).

I chose McGee over Tony because if I worked with someone like Tony I would probably kill em.

Pffft... do I really need to explain Gibbs? Plus I never really liked Mike Franks. The only things that's really likable about him is his father/ best-friend relationship with Gibbs and how he points out the freedoms that we're losing. "That's another reason I moved to Mexico", lol. Makes me laugh everytime he does that.

Out of all of them that were listed, Ziva/Kate and Leon/Jenny are the only two that can be compared. Franks was Gibbs' boss and retired years ago. Franks is the kind of guy you can always count on to have your back. Tony and McGee have never had replacements, in the scope of the show they both have their own tasks/purpose. I wouldn't mind working with someone like Tony, it'd no doubt be fun.

I forgot about Jenny vs Leon. I like Jenny much better than Leon. Sure she had her moments when she crossed the line and I didn't like how she felt that she could cross that line but go off on Gibbs or someone else when they cross that line.

I kinda feel sorry for Leon because they're not giving us much of a choice but to not like him. He's hiding something and we haven't been given many clues as to what it is.

Olivia - I'm really happy that you like my avatar because I took it from your signature. I'm from the older generation and thought that I had sent a message to you, asking if, you would mind if I used it but I did something wrong and it didn't send. I'm so sorry, I hope that you're not upset with me. I figured out, how to change the avatar from one that I was using and believe me that wasn't an easy feat for me but I didn't realize I hadn't reached you. I did look for pictures from NCIS but I couldn't find any. I know, I know there must be so many but again I'm still figuring out how to surf the web successfully and my nephews have been busy and haven't been here.

vance and jenny-well they were both kinda eh to me but i do prefer jenny over vance-maybe im just being prejudiced cuz we share a name and almost the same hair color lol!
ziva and kate-ziva Ziva ZIVA! it was her character that mostly pulled me into the show so she is my all time favorite! i couldn't stand kate at first but then when i saw the episode where she died i felt bad n i was like well maybe her character wasn't so awful after all
tony and mcgee-well tony is waaaay hotter than mcgee lol but i love mcgee he is so funny and he has this cute nerdiness thing about him! tony i just love his sense of humor and frat boy charm and how he always picks on ziva and corrects her english lol can't choose between them i love em both!
abby-pfft who could not love her??!! no words can describe abby. shes just abby!

Kate vs. Ziva: Not even close, Ziva. It's to the point I can't think of one thing Kate would have on Ziva.......... Except the command of the English language, LOL This might the first time I've seen the majority favor the replacement over the original on a TV show

Mike vs. Jethro: Mike by the slimmest margin. Jethro might be more loyal to NCIS. But, Mike's far more sneaky.

Tony vs. Tim: Tim might be weak in the fighting skills, he's far, far smarter. When it comes down to what drives me nutty when it comes to those two (Tony's goofing off while acting like he's God's gift to the feds verses Tim's over the top guilty conscious) I'd rather deal with someone like Tim over Tony any day of the week.

Jenny vs. Leon: While Leon could be trusted as far as one could throw him, I'll take that over Jenny's bad habit of working with her blinders on..... by a wee bit.

If you go to"My Controls"(the place you went for your avatar)and look at the 2nd column,signiture is in there.
After that,you need to get the URL or HTML(whatever they call it.The web address or somethin')and insert it into there in between . Then if the pic has the letters jpg,gif then it will show up.

The only one I can take sides on is Ziva. Ziva! Ziva! Ziva! I'm sorry. I have nothing against Sasha. But ZIVA! is the better character. IMHO.

I didn't start watching the series until last year... watching the re-runs here on USA. What hooked me is the character development. And I think the characters (all of them) are more developed in the Ziva episodes. So... not only do I simple prefer Ziva's character, I prefer those episodes in general.

I agree totally with that I think all characters bring something unique to the table; so saying one better then other I think only one you can can compare is Jeanne and Vance. I mean who was better director but not the team; Gibbs sees something in people that he can use on his team that is why Tim is around now. Kate same way. Ziva well not sure Gibbs trusts her but she does have the Moussad background which helps the team and I think along the way he has learned to trust her. So I think only ones you can say who is better is the directors of NCIS otherwise can't do it with Gibbs team.JMO!
