When do we get to see more women of color in leading roles? Psych, Burn Notice and Royal Pains do okay featuring people of color in non-stereotypical roles-- thank goodness for Divya (and her hot, HOT fiance!)-- and Burn Notice has featured many a Latina... But every leading man looks the same, including this new one in White Collar.

Why don't we get to see more of Gus' sister? Where are the brown-skinned (non-Cuban) folks in Miami? Why are there no women of color on In Plain Sight?

USA does SO well with writing real characters that this network is actually the only one that I trust to write relatable women of color. I would love for the network to key into the market of young, intelligent, women of color who love to laugh. We're here, even if you're marketing department tells you otherwise!
