Ok this isn't a question for the panel (I still have to think of some). Is the entire thing going to be recorded and put online or just select parts of it? Thanks biggrin.gif

I'll be back with some panel questions.

Thank you so much for letting us know. We really appreciate it. Take all the time you need, as long as we get to see it wink.gif Alright, I have to go think of good questions.
PsychLuvr
I am Liz from Philadelphia and I have a question for anyone who wants to answer it: What episode are you most excited about this season?

I'll have more later.
bethgreen
Beth from Michigan, with a question about Maggie's character, Detective O'Hara.

We know that Juliet can be tough when the situation calls for it.
However, with 'Hang 'Em High' Lassiter as a partner, Jules is usually relegated to the role of 'nice cop.'
Will she get to kick any ass (figuratively or literally) this season?
PsychFreakILoveJamesRoday
Allison from Asheville and this is for anyone: What guest stars are you most excited about this season?
Winky_Cutto
Winky_Cutto (Sara) from Nebraska/Tennesee

For Dulé, Tim, Maggie, and Corbin:
It is well known that James (Roday) has both written and directed for Psych. Are any of you interested in trying your hand at either writing (or co-writing) or directing?
For Steve Franks:
Would you give them the chance if they showed the interest?

For anyone cast or crew:
If you could have any guest star come on Psych and play their self, who would you choose? What guest star would you most like to work with to play an original character on Psych and in what kind of role?

For the cast and crew:
The fans have become aware of some of the on set in-jokes over the years (Winky Cutto the rubber frog being one, possibly something about a 3-hole-punch being another). Are there other in-jokes or running jokes that happen on set that the fans aren't aware of that we can get the inside scoop about?

For Tim Omundson:
What is your least favorite part of playing the "marble haunch-ed" Dectective Lassiter, a character so very different from yourself? (Note: Marble haunch-ed refers to the producers' way of trying to avoid calling Lassiter hard assed on DVD commentaries.)

And, even though he's not on the panel, if you could give a shout out to Jason Berger, Steve's assistant, we Psych-Os love and appreciate all he does for us. We know he'll be there and we want him to know this!
Texasartchick
For Tim Omundson:
Q. Are you going to continue writing Lassiter's Blog for the USA Psych web site? Just so you know, we fans LOVE the fact that you actually wrote the entries, it's interesting to hear your take on the character.

For James Roday:
Q. I recently saw photos of you shopping for groceries in Vancouver on some web site called "Accidentally Sexy." How do you feel about gaining "paparazzi prey" status?

For Writers/Producers:
Q: Are you going to develop the character of Buzz McNabb? Although the growth of the show's main characters is thoroughly entertaining and progressing wonderfully, I think you are missing a goldmine of opportunity by not for expansion of Buzz's role in the Psych universe. Big man needs props.

THANK YOU for giving us the opportunity to ask questions of the panel! This is one of many reasons why Psych is undoubtedly the coolest and most entertaining show on TV.

Texasartchick
CoachBagGirl
Sue from Buffalo,NY:

Questions for the panel:

In your opinion, what is the most obscure pop culture reference that has ever been made on the show??

Would you ever consider making a "Psych" movie??

Thanks!!

tvspaz626
THANK YOU for posting the video! i'm going to be at the shore with no internet access so i dont know if i'll get the tweets from Psych_USA and psychwrites!
anyway:

Jenna from Flemington, NJ

To Anyone:
Who decides where the pineapple goes in each episode? Is it ever written in the script or is it usually the set dresser's job?

Writers:
First, thank you for the Twitter! I love it! Thank Jason for doing it for us, too. (and Tim M)
How long does it take you to write an episode on average? How do you decide which ideas should become episodes?

To all of the actors:
What is something you would love to do on a future episode? (i.e: have a scene with a certain actor, do a stunt of some type, a certain case you want to see solved)

Do you guys still play Mafia on set? Who is the best? Are there any other games you guys all play together?

Dulé:
Will Gus ever tap dance? He did it for around 4 seconds in "If you're so smart, why are you dead" but we would all love to see more!
sarcasmlove
Kristen from Chicago

Producers:
How do you decide who is going to collaborate with who on episodes?

Cast:
This question is completely random but, you can only watch three movies for the rest of your life, what are they?

Cast:
What's the best prank thats ever been pulled on set?

Cast:
It's obvious that you all have an amazing time on set and have wonderful chemistry, but while you're on hiatus do you see each other often? We know you have other obligations during this time, but given the technological world we live in, are there ever any random texts exchanged or things like that?

Dulé:
How much money have you taken from the rest of the cast members during your card games? wink.gif

Producers & Cast:
In general, how long does it take to complete a read-through and are they ever nerve-wracking because of possible problems you've run into with scripts prior?

Cast:
I know during some read-throughs actors will read everything in a monotone voice. Is that the case for you all? Or do you give it your all as if the cameras were rolling?

James:
How involved were you with the editing process of Tuesday the 17th?
rocktheholygrail
Hi! Dana from Augusta, GA here. Thanks so much for doing this! I hope one of my questions is picked. smile.gif

For the lovely Tim Omundson:
What are your feelings about Lassiter's and O'Hara's growing friendship, and his and Shawn's kinda love/hate relationship?
Do you think Lassie will EVER get a girlfriend? Just so you know, I will happily volunteer!! biggrin.gif

For Dulé Hill:
Do you think Gus will EVER get a girlfriend? Again, I am more than happy to volunteer!!

For the lovely Tim Omundson and Maggie Lawson:
What kind of deep undercover assignment for Lassiter and O'Hara would you be most excited to do?

For the amazing James Roday and Dulé Hill:
Have you guys ever considered making an album together where you do covers of a bunch of 80's songs? Which songs would you most definitely want to be included? wink.gif

For Corbin Bernsen:
What are your feelings about Henry's relationship with Shawn and (if Cybil Shepherd returns) his relationship with his ex-wife? How would you like your character to further be developed in the course of the show?

For Steve Franks, Kelly Kulchak, and Chris Henze:
Will there ever be Psych! The Musical? (Got that from Cannibal! The Musical with Trey Parker and Matt Stone lol)

For anyone and everyone:
Does anyone have a favorite Broadway musical? Just curious!
If you were a character in one of those 1970's cop shows, who would you be and why?
What is your favorite way to eat pineapple? Do you prefer it crushed, or upside down, or as a smoothie, or on a pizza, etc? tongue.gif
Texasartchick
For The Producers/Writers:

Q. Are we ever going to see "Dobson" (a.k.a. the guy Lassiter is always yelling orders at) or will he forever remain anonymous like the super-tall lab tech "Al" from Police Squad?

Texasartchick
BlackTsChica
Bryna from Chicago

Thank you for thinking about us folks who can't make it to The Con!

I sent this question through KristinAlert's twitter...but not sure if it will be answered there...so:

Q for anyone game: Would there be one episode where a character or characters "break the fourth wall"?

Q for writers:

If you were asked to write a script for Dulé and Roday that had nothing to do with Psych, let's say for a movie or a play, what would it be and why?

I love how you are developing Tim Omundson's character. Will we see more facets to Lassie this season?

Q for producers: Was there ever a scene you cut out of an eppy that you regretted later?

Q for the cast: If you had the chance to switch places with another character on the show, who would you choose and why?

Q for Steve Franks: Would you consider creating more tv series?

Thanks to Berger, USA Admin, Psych_USA, USA_Newtork dudes: You are amazing for keeping up with us Psych-Os we really appreciate it!

Oops...this was not "a question" I made more of a list! LOL!! Sorry! Thank you again for the opportunity to participate! I certainly look forward to this coming season (please don't make us wait this long again..it was quite painful..LOL!!!) laugh.gif tongue.gif

Kathy from Sugar Land

What great questions! Truthfully, I don't want to know much because I like be surprised. So since I'd never think of anything as amazing as Texasartchick's Dobson question (nice catch!); I have a Con related question and a Game.

Question first:
Are any of you attending the Masquerade? If not, ('cause I wouldn't want you to ruin your entrance if so) which comic character would you have chosen to be? Not going to ask why. No judgments here.

Game:
All of Y'all (including writers not present on the dais) are on a sinking ship (like a booze cruise, not a Titanic thing). Plenty of lifeboats, sinking slowly, so no worries.

This is like Final Jeopardy, not Family Feud, No discussion.

Right then,
Who takes charge?
Who should have taken charge?
Who rounds up snacks?
Who completely loses it and becomes useless, effectively marking them as the one most likely to be cannibalized?
Who eschews the lifeboats and swims to shore?

Thanks for the first three seasons. Can't wait for season 4 and beyond! The twittering has been a great!
Winky_Cutto
Another question from me, Winky_Cutto (Sara) from Nebraska/Tennessee:

For Steve, Kelly, and Chris:
Given that there was such late notice this year about the panel at ComicCon, any speculation if you'll be back to ComicCon next year, or will be trying to come back, so those fans who couldn't make it this year can start to plan ahead?

Thanks!
bethgreen
Beth from Michigan, with a question for Corbin:

You and the cast of Psych make acting look like a really fun job. Do your kids watch you and want to follow in your footsteps? If so, is there any chance that they'll turn up in an episode?
tvspaz626
Jenna from New Jersey

For James and Dulé:

Which is cooler: having a bobblehead in your likeness, or being in a comic book?
Doctor_McCrimmon
Caitiri, State of Insanity (okay, suburbia, Il)

To whom it may concern (dunno which one is in charge of what goes up on the site):
Will we see more of Little Shawn and Gus? I really did like those cartoons.

Cast:
Which Psych-out or Webisode was your favourite, and why?

Cast & anyone else who wants to answer:
Which relationship between characters is your favourite? And which one do you think has evolved most over the course of the last three seasons? Which do you think has the most potential to evolve in the future seasons?

All:
Who was your favourite bad-guy from episodes past, and what was your favourite case they solved?

Cast and production:
How do you feel about fanfiction, or fanart? The wide variety of 'fannon' in circulation is, well not shocking considering how amazing the show is, but it has a wide spectrum. What do you think of the different roleplayers, fanfiction writers, and fanartists out there? Any words of advice or criticisms you'd like to share for those writing Psych fan-works?

jfer21
Jennifer from Los Angeles (I'm hoping to be there but am too chicken to actually go up and ask):

For Corbin:
Is the special snow globe that Shawn made for Henry's Christmas present now residing in your collection or is it sitting somewhere on the set?

For all: What was your favorite psych-out to do?
Fizzlederbul
Amanda from Massachusetts

- You all seem to love what you are doing. Do you ever stop laughing on set?

- Where does your inspiration come from for writing scripts? Do you all brainstorm together and riff off of one idea?

Thanks so much for taking the time to read my questions!!
rocktheholygrail
Dana from Augusta, GA again with just a few more questions that popped into my head for your consideration. smile.gif

For anyone and everyone:
If you could choose a silly undercover name (like the ones that Shawn gives to himself and Gus all the time), what would yours be?
Since it's Comic Con and everything - If you could be a comic book hero, what would your hero name be, what would your costume look like, what would be your superpower(s), and who would be your arch nemesis?

For James Roday, Dulé Hill, Tim Omundson, Maggie Lawson, and Corbin Bernsen:
Would you ever hang out/be friends with your character on Psych if he/she was real? If not, which character on the show would you most likely get along with and why? wink.gif

For the lovely Tim Omundson:
What is your favorite episode/scene when Lassie gets to pull out his gun and/or when he gets to interrogate a suspect? tongue.gif
jonnaped
Jonna from Roseville, CA (unfortunately not that Roseville or I'd be there in person):

For anyone/everyone:
What childhood moment/game/memory would you most like to see brought back to life by young Shawn and Gus?
What is it like to work with actors that you've worked with before, but in a different setting (e.g., Dulé Hill and Josh Malina on the West Wing)? Is it easier or do you look at them and think of their previous character?

I hope this isn't too late to post, since the Con starts tomm...

Stefanie from San Diego, CA (Con tickets sold out....so sad....)

Question for Writers and Tim: So the relationship with Lassie's wife didn't work out, but what about the relationship with Lucinda? I know she was transfered, but does that mean the relationship instantly ended? I'm just wondering if there is something still there, if they still keep in touch, or if we're going to get more details on what happened with the actual end of the relationship.

Question for Steve Frank: Will you ever cameo in an episode?

Question for the Writers, James, and Corbin: If Shawn were to get seriously hurt or in serious trouble, would the character of Henry ever force Shawn's hand (make him quit/stop) by telling the police that Shawn IS NOT a psychic?

Question for James and the Writers: Will we ever see Shawn's motorcycle again? Will we ever get details/a flashback on his mysterious accident that Henry refered to?

Question for Writers, James, and Corbin: Will there be more episodes were Henry is working side by side with Shawn and Gus on a case?

Question for Dulé: Gus has all these obscure interests and talents(supertaster, supersmeller, lockpicking/safe cracking, etc)...if you could give him an obscure interest/talent that would somehow be useful in solving a case, what would it be and why?

Question for Writers, James, Dulé: Will we ever see Gus and Shawn's apartments again (other than in the pilot?)

Question for Writers: Will we ever meet Chief Vick's husband/boyfriend and McNab's wife?

Question for All: Would you consider doing an episode in San Diego? I'm sure we'd like you to come back......

=) Thank you for coming, I'm sorry I missed you this year....do you know if you're coming next year? Please come back next year.....I'll try harder to get tickets earlier.....

Moira from Melbourne Australia

I was wondering if there is any reason for Shawns interest in Australia as he brings up in quite a few episodes Australia or it's wild life eg wombat (65 Million BC) Koala bear (The greatest Adventure Ever on Basic Cable) and in Bounty Hunters he say how he would love a down under connection for the hair gel.

Thanks for all the questions. Look for the video of the panel in about a week.
