Full Version: Confused about where the meth went

I haven't seen every episode, but I read every synopsis and I'm still confused about what became of Chuck's drugs.

In one episode, after having the baby rescued, Brandi dumped the suitcase in a stream or pond. Then in a later episode, I see groundskeepers at the ballpark (Rafael's workplace?) laying the base lines with what seem to be the drugs.

I got the impression that Rafael stuffed his towels in the suitcase and put the meth in the line-making thingy (whatever it's called) at the ballpark. That was a really sweet twist, especially when Mary tries to find a towel for him and they're all gone.

BUT I thought the suitcase and the meth were already gone before the FBI raid--that Brandi had thrown them in the water.

What am I missing? Anyone? (Obviously, I'm hooked--on the show, I mean, not the meth.)

Also, off topic, hooked on Cristian de la Fuente. What a hunky sweetheart!

Are you sure you don't want to watch first? Then you get to figure it out like the rest of us.

HINT: the last five minutes of Season 1 episode 12, and the last three minutes of Season 2 episode 2.

If that doesn't settle it let us know.

if you want to know, read the spoiler below:
Spoiler:
the show doesn't really say outright what happened. you have to really watch. but what i took it as is when Raf came over to Mary's house drunk, he took the suitcase. or he took the suitcase earlier. He switched the drugs with towels and then used the drugs to line the ballfield. (which i think was stupid cuz if a player slid into it and inhaled it,they'd get high. hehe
and then in season 2 ep 2, the towel thing is confirmed cuz raf doesnt have any towels.

Rafe took the drugs and the baseball field was lined with it. Kind of funny in a way. The Feds don't get the drugs, so Brandy doesn't get busted. The ball park gets new lines. And the lines don't go up anyone's noses.
