Now, am I the only one who thinks that the shirt (the button up one) James is wearing doesn't really do him many favors? It seems to hang oddly and doesn't show us all of the wonderful that is James! (The outer seam is kinda odd too...)

Just the first thing I noticed (unfortunately)... Dulé is lookin' good though... (so is James, but that shirt is distracting for me)

I bet the reason it looks a little weird is because the way he has he is arm. I bet if he were standing normal it wouldnt look like that. But I do agree with you that Dulé looks good

That shirt looks like the awful one from 'Ghosts'. It may be the same shirt. I hated that shirt. He would have looked better in the picture with just the t-shirt.

I watched the promo that tvspaz put on youtube (again thank you) for, like, the 13th time, and I've noticed that Shawn's hair is shorter, he has a new necklace (which I read somewhere that he was going to have a new necklace, I forgot which interview it was though), and that Jules' wardrobe looks more...what's the word?......chic? no...I dont know...better than the usual pant-suits and sweaters.

I can't think of a word for that. Crap! You know what I'm talking about?

The one from 'Ghosts' did have the red lines on it but this one appears to have more of a plaid pattern. He wears another one similiar to it in 'Any Given Friday Night at 10 PM/9PM Central' as well. After looking at them both and the promo, they're different. It seems like we're getting some new snazzy plaid this season

Because if you have one god-awful plaid shirt with a strange, distracting fuschia stripe running down a random seam and snaps on the pockets in the closet, you'd want another.

Someone needs to email Simon Tuke or something and ask where they get all the plaid from, lol. I do enjoy the plaid, though.

They had to have done that on purpose. The shirt made me laugh out loud!! It looked like it was two sizes too big which made me laugh even harder! I think they wanted to "shower him in dewey plaid in a blaze of fuscia". Cracked me the heck up. I'm still laughing.

Okay...sorry..I'll stop laughing.

I also like when Gus popped back into the shot after the commercial finished.

You know my craziness is probably due to the fact that I'm going through new-Psych-season withdrawl. I need the new sweet nectar!!!

It's probably a generational thing. When I see a man wearing plaid or checks I think they're trying to seem non-threatening, I guess. Passive-aggressive or something. Anyway, drives me nuts.

But I am sure that the professionals responsible for the wardrobe on Psych (Mr. Tuke et al) know their beans.

I agree about Maggie. =) I think her latest movie Killer Hair def. brought out the fashionista in her! Haha, someone must have leaked her comment to the show about her liking the other clothes better! ;] ( She was so adorable in that interview).

Really like the shift though, like the woman from Blank & Tan said, "Why can't you dress to arrest?" <3 Maggie is gorgeous in anything, but the work outfits they have Juliet in, never really did much to show exactly how pretty she is. =D

Needless to say that James also looks pretty amazing this season, rockin' the new haircut---along with Tim. EPIC.

OH and did I forget Dulé? Because the boy is lookin' GOOD.<3333

So, um...safe to say, they have one good lookin' cast.=]

P.S: Maggie's expression after Jame's "Get your socks ready, guys--because I about to knock, them, off." line --priceless! Oh, Jules.<3333

One of our Psych-Os on Twitter asked where Shawn gets all the plaid and they said something like, "from Ye Olde Plaid Shoppe" or something. I gotta look it up.

I think they get Gus' from Thomas Pink (along with his ties) because those plaids are nice!!

Oh yeah, he knows what he's doing. He did the costume design on 'Everybody Loves Raymond'

After Shawn says that socks line. I love her hair. I wonder how she did that. But you know what I mean, her wardrobe has really stepped up its game. And I just noticed Tim's haircut. I'm liking it. And of course Dulé looks amazing, as always. I am "psyched" for the new season (please take notice the pun)

It is difficult to dim the 'fine' on that man. I don't think in his case it's the designer. It is him. They could never let Dulé be anything but clean-shaven on Psych. He couldn't pull off the 'geek' if he sported that slim mustache that he prefers when not filming.

True that! I also look forward to the extra stuff USA_Network has for us. On the page for the series, they said there will be new and exciting features. I wonder what they will be.

I'm hoping Lassieface has some better ties this season. He's got to find a lady now!

From what I've seen so far it looks like the show has changed the appearances of James (shorter hair), Maggie (wardrobe?) and Tim O. (that is a BUZZ CUT!). And yes, I'm hoping Lassiter will have better ties this season. Poor guy needs to get out of the $7.00 discontinued tie section. Unfortunately I can't tell much about what they're doing with Juliet's character fashion because she appeared in the last two spots even less than Lassiter. Come on USA, show the detectives a little love, now! Psych wouldn't be "Psych" without them, give those two some promo time!

Especially Tim Omundson, we need some INTERVIEWS, now! The world needs to share in the goodness that is Tim Omundson...

So far the promos make the new season look great. I'm looking forward to it!

I couldn't agree with you more; I'm so psyched up after viewing all the promos, thanks for the vids and pics. Also, Shawn looks a lot younger with his shorter hair and Gus doesn't seem to have aged at all (and to borrow Jules' question, what kind of moisturizer does he use? ) can't wait for season 4, i just hope it'll also be available in the internet since it's still season 2 here ugh!

I don't think it's so much the show telling James & Tim to have shorter hair, I'd assume it's their own prerogative. It is wrong that I'm like, "Hrm, I wonder how much Tim's hair will grow out by the end of the season?" Wardrobe for Maggie seems a little different, but you never know from just the promos. Maybe they'll give her some more color this year. Of course, we've got some new plaid for James

That would be Texasartchick. There has been quite a bit of discussion about Lassiter's ties over on the Tim thread. Some of the ties Tim wears when he's not in character are pretty bad, too! She definitely speaks for the bulk of Lassie fans in saying we hope he upgrades on them a little.

Okay, is anyone else finding it a little ridiculous how surprised all these people are or are acting when James says he and Maggie are dating? They have been for what, two or three years now? And I love that they think they've all found some great piece of trivia nobody knew. Maybe I'm just unnecessarily critical, but it's starting to grate on my nerves a little bit!

It doesn't bother me. There are not many people who are as into Psych as those who post here. If something like the fact of James and Maggie dating gets them to watch Psych, I'm all for it.

I'm still surprised that they're talking so much about their relationship, but I suppose when it was new, they hardly spoke of it. I find it pretty telling how he has said numerous times that they tried to ignore it, but it didn't work. They do seem geniunely happy and that's wonderful.


acubound, the way she reacted when he said they were dating makes me think that she's read something about it, but didn't necessarily believe it right off the bat.

Yeah, she might of thought that, too. They were probably surprised Maggie didn't make mention of it when they spoke, but James was right. She was promoting her movies, not their relationship. They're obviously okay with talking about it, but they also aren't mentioning it unless they're specifically asked about it as well.

What I thought was really off in the interview last week, where James allows Maggie to talk a bit, it didn't even seem to ring a bell when James said his girlfriend's name is Maggie, then had to explain that "you know her best as Detective Juliet O'Hara on Psych." Then the radio guy started talking about looking Maggie up on IMDB then commenting on her looks afterward- Um...hello, that pretty much screams to everyone that he doesn't watch the show and had no idea what he was talking about! I was a little annoyed to say the least.

And since they were interviewing them (though separately), thought they would have done some research on them first.
May be I'm wrong, but it seems that in the previous radio interview, the radio guy also first asked James whether he's married or not.

He also had no idea what Maggie looked like and had to look her up on the internet and here they are pretending that they know about Psych how can you not know what they even look like and know the characters unless you haven't really seen the show.
