Challenge? Put your ipod on shuffle and write a story for each song. The catch? You can only write the story while the song is playing.

Elliot met Olivia when they were just teens, and they got married right out of high school. Olivia was pregnant soon after. They were blessed with a beautiful daughter. They were blessed with three more daughters in the next 4 years. It seemed they had a great life, and everything was very family orinted for them. Then they got a miracle, a little son. Elliot started to worry that they wouldn't be able to afford a baby, but they managed anyways. They got to watch their five kids grow up and become upstanding adults. Elliot and Olivia stayed together through eveerything, and Elliot was so grateful to have her.

Olivia was sitting on the couch, reflecting on how she met her new husband, Elliot. She had first met him at SVU, and they became best friends so quick. They were alwys in sync, and their connection was very strong. When they finally admitted to their feelings and started dating, Olivia almost instantly fell IN love with him. She didn't know what it was about him, but she knew they belonged together. She loved when Elliot would kiss her and hold her tight. She just knew that they would get married some day, and be great together. Olivia fell asleep on the couch dreaming of all the good things to come with Elliot.

Maureen just took her hands off the wheel and lft her fate in jsus. When the car finally stopped movie, she chekced on Cassie and she as fine. Maureen closed her eyes and started to pray.

Lizzie came home from school one Friday. It was a very good day for her and she learned something that got her wanting to know more. In her music class, the teacher was teaching them the song 'The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald' They listened to a recording of it then gave it a run through a few times before class had ended. The teacher said on Monday he would give them the background, but Lizzie was really curious. Lizzie was happy to see her stepmom, Olivia, already home when she walked in the door.
"Hey Lizzie, how was school?" Olivia asked her.
Lizzie plopped down on the couch and Olivia sat next to her.
"What do you know about the edmund fitzgerald?" Lizzie asked her
"The ship?" Olivia asked, surprised.
"yeah, cause we are singing the song for music class, and it had me wondering." Lizzie told her.
"Well, pretty much what you hear in the song is what happened. But there was another boat that was't too far away, they should have been able to see them, but the storm was so bad." Olvia told her.
"Tell me all you know about it, pleasaer?" Lizzie asked.
"Sure." Olivia started telling her everything, while Lizzie sat there entranced.

Olivia couldn't believe that Elliot just told her that he loved her. She had dreamt about being with him, but she had settled down with someone else because she couldn't wait for him. She looked at him and told him
"Where were you when I could have loved you? I am with somebody else and we are married. You came along one promise too late."
Elliot just stared at her, dumbfounded.
"I am so glad that I met you, and I don't regret it, but where were you when I gave my heart away. I used to dream about being with you." Olivia added.

Lizzie was in her room, burning pictures of her and her now ex-boyfriend. He was such a jerk, and the thing that she really hated was thet he wouldn't let her drive his truck. He let all of his other girlfriends, but now her. She already planning her revenge; she was going to go out with all of his best friends and tell embarresing stories about him. If he came anywhere near the house, her dad would make him sorry.

Olivia watched out the window, as Elliot backs out the driveway. The twins are already gone to school. She goes into her closet and pulls out and old diary. She opens it to an entry on May 3rd. She started crying, as tears spilled onto the page. She thought back to that day, and she thinks back to him. This is a secret that she can never tell. It was a wrong decision that is still haunting her. She wonders if he misses her or if he forgave her. She wishes she could find him, and apologize.

Elliot and four year old Dickie were driving home from a McDonalds. They had spent a father/son day and had stopped at McDonalds at the end of the day. They were driving allong when a traffic light truned staright to red. Elliot slammed on his brakes, and Dickie's food went flying. Elliot mumbled under his breath afterwards.
"crap." came Dickie's quiet voice.
"Where did you learn that word?" Elliot asked, totally shocked.
"From you daddy, I want to be just like you." Dickie answered, innocently.
Elliot felt extremely guilty for teaching him such words. The continued home, Elliot siletly thinking about how he needs to be a better dad.

Kathleen has been dating a guy that she is head over heels for. Nobody else likes him and Elliot knows that she is going to get her heart broken. Kathleen won't listen to anybody's warning because she thinks she loves him. Elliot knows that he can't stop her, and she needs to learn from her mistakes. He knows that she will meet someone right. Kathleen keeps insisting that he is right for her.
