I've been a fan of JAG since it first aired but I am new to this forum. Anyway, for a while now I've been looking for a decent quality JAG seal from the show that I can use on my computer as a desktop wallpaper similar to what is seen in the show. If anyone has a decent quality JAG seal, or has created one, please post it or let me know where I can get it. Thanks.

One final note, the avatar that I'm using is a fan made Starfleet Security seal (the Star Trek equivalent to NCIS). I have enjoyed the work of talented artists out there for quite a while now and hopefully another talented artist(s) can help me again. Thanks everyone.

Great request! I've been trying to find a jpeg of the Logo/Seal also. My searches have only turned up the seal for the Army Jag so far. Here's hoping someone can come up with one (or a link to it).

I've found some low quality images of the Navy JAG Corps but only of the official one using the Mill-Rinde, not the one on the show. I tried to create one, and the effort turned out okay but I couldn't get the text wraparound or the stylized abbreviation "JAG" at the top of the seal to work right. As a result, it just never looked quite right. In any case, I am still hopeful that someone will either find a high-quality JAG seal or create one and make it available.

Here, here - I agree. A good quality image would make life much easier.

Ninja_Girl, yes, that's the seal I found. That is the official Navy JAG Corps seal. The seal utilized in the show had a more traditional "scales of Justice" but had a Navy look by having an anchor holding the justice scales. Above the scales of justice was the abbreviation "JAG" in the text uses for the opening title sequence. Further the border of the seal, where on the official one it reads "Judge Advocate General's Corps - U.S. Navy," the one in the show read "Department of the Navy - Judge Advocate General." The seal was often seen in Admiral A.J. Chegwidden's office, on a concrete sign outside JAG Headquarters in Falls Church, Virginia, and on computer screens in the various offices and in JAG Ops.

BTW, I have a similar request going in the NCIS forum for the NCIS seal. I have the same problem with that seal that I'm having with the JAG seal. So far, not much has been found.
