I've always felt that this show's two main characters make for a great present day Crockett & Tubbs. Apparently the producers of the show agree, as evidenced by the two Psych promos linked below, both which feature Miami Vice tie-ins. Enjoy!

Simon & Simon is one of my favorite TV shows EVER! That is hilarious that they made that reference! Such great, well-written characters. I think they're the most original sleazy, dumpster-diving, cheater-chasing, "anything for a buck" private eyes ever to grace the small screen. Rick kicks ass!

I was waiting for the Magnum P.I. theme song. Shawn could be Magnum and Gus could be his pilot friend TC.

Wow, that little Battleship picture is sure getting a lot of attention. You'd be surprised how many publicity photos get taken and are never used. Maybe it's sad that I can notice that Dulé's board is wrong, but don't when a friend has 5 inches cut off their hair or tell if someone is upset and on the verge of crying. Why does Shawn, never wear his earring? Wait.. I have seen it once when Henry busted Shawn for 'stealing' / borrowing his car, which gave Shawn a criminal record. But this doesn't answer the question yet . Has anyone seen or got James on a picture with an earring?

Okay, I finally found that bicycle image. It took a while because they took over 100 shots in lots of different poses. Also, this is uncropped, and it was obviously never meant to be seen with the bike stand. Anyway, here it is! And, just because, here's another one!
