The kid with hemophilia that Hank saved- Tucker- be back as a recurring character?

He likes Hank and needs regular medical attention. The you're an unaccompanied minor/I'm used to it line kinda got to me and it's the kind of thing that good writers could build on.
miriald
I agree. The dynamic between them was really interesting. (Besides, he was absolutely adorable.)

 • Handsome old guys : check
 • Cute young male teenager: check
 • Pretty young women: check

I'm thinking RP will be bringing Tucker back - he fits the demographic and Hank will no doubt try to get the kid's father to grow up and show some responsibility/appreciation for his son. It's a very good side story line to explore.

I found the whole Libby, Tucker dynamic extremely cute. I wouldn't mind seeing them both again. In fact I would prefer to see them together.

"She's a handful. But all the best ones are, right?"

"Are you guys really only sixteen?"

Yep....and the "almost always unattended minor" gives them both an oppurtunity to bond. I love the dialouge they wrote for Tucker.

That makes me so happy to hear that!! I believe Tucker was a great addition to the show. I believe Tucker and Hank played off each other very well, and I look foward to seeing the two characters play off of each other. As far as Tucker's father goes I dont think I will be too happy to see him. In the first EP he said to Hank while getting on the airplane that he is usual without his dad it makes me think that I will not car for Tucker's father as much as I would like to. I can't wait to see what the future hold for Tucker and his father!

i'm very glad he will be back.
i do think they played off each other very well .

I am glad to see the father coming on the show and Tucker coming on...I enjoyed the banter and writing for his charater.

I hope both teens are back, they were a lot of fun to watch!
heavystorm
The kid in my honest opinion will be back because at the end of the show, Hank called him and asked if he wanted to fly planes in the back yard so I do highly believe he will return.

I really hope so--I find his character funny w/o feeling contrived. I think he (and his relationship to hank) add a good dynamic to the show. Also, some people on here have said that they like tucker and libby together, but I think I could do without her. She and tucker were funny the first episode (I haven't finished the 2nd though she got a couple good lines), but I feel like after a while her character can get a little grating. Also though, the thing is that I'm assuming tucker doesn't stay @ the hamptons yr round and I'm not sure if the show is just going to stick to the summers for each season (if it gets picked up). so, that could be an issue.

It would be a good move if they do bring him back, regularly.

He's awfully cute (though he's pretty young.) and thus would expand the show demographic to the teens.
And Tucker could be Hank and Evan's access/ insider to Hampton's society. (well, aside from Divya, of course.)
People might like him because he's the concierge doctor, being Tucker's friend would be a big plus. rolleyes.gif

bassetmom
agree that Tucker should come back for more than the 2 eposides, I did like at the end of the second that Hank went to tell him that they were still friends hopes that means he will be coming on more eposides rolleyes.gif

I am hoping to see more of Tucker and Libby. Their relationship is great and perfect. I also love the relationship between Hank and Tucker. If they suddenly drop off the face of the show, I will be disapointed.

Tucker really makes the show for me. Please bring him back; he's a great actor....love his dialogue, he delivers it perfectly smile.gif
imaginarysea
The last two episodes weren't as good....why? No TUCKER!

I missed the smart dialogue that came with him. Evan is annoying and not funny. If Hank needs "side kick" it should be Tucker.
bassetmom
I agree that Tucker should come back and help Hank out... since dear ole dad is never around any ways... Tucker would be a great asset to Hank Med and the show in general...
adrianna10
I like to see Tucker and Libby back. He is an smart, sympathetic and interesting person....not his fault, that his family has a lot of money. Lol! He could be one of more or less regular characters...

Meredith, plays Liberty on As the World Turns soap and her nickname is Libby. She is really a good actress.
Wren_Ovation
Ezra Miller is the name of Tucker from the show. He is so freaking funny. I just started watching the show one night on the clip of him and libby talking about yogurt. He should be hanks side kick or whatever.
jojo48
The actress that portrays Libby is aslo a regular on the daytime soap opera As The World Turns. She plays a character name Liberty on the soap whose nickname is "Libby" coincident or what. It is good to see her trying other things in addition to soaps she is in my opinion a very good young actress.
yuppiedrone
I would like to see the kid come back every few episodes. Having him appear at every episode as a regular would look too "forced to appear" to me, imo.

American Slang can be very difficult to understand.....even for us.....sometimes the generation gap makes older people like me scratch my head and wonder..."what did he just say" unsure.gif

But here's a rough traslation:

"Dude don't punk the crackberry" = Sir don't make fun of/or belittle the crackberry yougurt

"or she'll light your ass like a Xmas tree" = she'll be very offended/angry and retaliate with some nasty comment.

I'll work on the Shakesperean verbage

"My good man be ever so mindful as to not ridicule the crackberry yougurt of which we have partaken. My lady Libby would be greatly offended and her scathing verbage would scald thy ego" blink.gif

or sumpin like that laugh.gif

I loved the Tucker character and was really glad to see the potential for him to have a recurring part in the show. His character is hip, young, funny, and gives Hank an opportunity to have a Father figure aspect to his character.
mkeats42
I was bereaved by the lack of Tucker in tonight's episode. My sister and I are both teens, so consider us a survey: WE HEART TUCKER!

Bring him back or we'll light your ass up like a Christmas tree!

I really like the Tucker character and his girl. Well written, well acted. I think I've seen him before but I can't remember.

Considering that Libby is plotting his "seduction" I feel relatively assured we'll see more of Tucker begging for Hank's sage advice and getting Evan's Juvenille input. tongue.gif

I was really gald to see Tucker back last night... It made my night....was an early birthday present for me to enjoy his acting again... Hope with the way the story went we will see more of Tucker and Libby, and Tucker getting Hanks advice..... Yeah smile.gif

Me too! And Evan effort wasn't that bad. I don't expect to see them in every episode but as regular like Boris and Mrs flat tire.
I also like Divya a lot, her dinamic with Evan is a lot more interesting than between Jill and Hank.
thisidisforjoe
bring him back for more episodes. i'm basically still watching in the hopes that he will be on. he needs his own spinoff. gossip girl meets whit stillman's movie metropolitan.

Just to let everyone know, I was going through to set up the DVR for more expoisdes, and it looks like the one for Thurday 8-13 should have Tucker in, since it is about Tucker's dad going into a Detox for his drug problem... So to me that sounds like Tucker will also be in the eposide. smile.gif
