I haave been waatching NCIS for several years and feel that Agent Dinozzo's name should be changed to
Dia##hole. He is a foil character because he sticks it to everybody on the team.he really makes me mad.
He stichs his nose where it is not wanted and is in everybody's business. What do you think?

sticks it to everybody on the team? what? we are obviously not watching the same NCIS shows; Tony definitely cares about everyone on his team. So he's a little juvenile...all part of his charm. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, I just don't happen to agree...

Tony is immature and has a frat boy mentality,but he would never intentionally hurt one of the team. He would do what ever it takes to protect them. He is infuriating. He does things just to get a reaction from people. He better watch out though, some day he may not like the reaction he gets. Some body may just kick his a**.

I tend to agree 100% with Paige. Yeah, he can be a dolt, but it's his character and in the end there's nothing he wouldn't do for the team or any member of it.

Ahhhhhhhhhh it seems you joined this forum to post about Dinozzo, love him or hate him you can't deny the affect he has on people (Good and Bad) that says something about how good an actor he is.

I could do WITHOUT "Agent Dinozzo's" TOO... He seems infantile to me... They let him go on TOO much...

You are so wrong. you obviously have not been watching it long enough. like when gibbs quit the team and tony was in charge, he put everyone before him self. when ziva was in trouble with NCIS FBI and mossad, he helped he behind the directors back. when he was dating Jeanne he was very mature and sweet to her. tony is one of the best characters on the show. he funny and cool, and that fact that he is sarcastic and rude is part of his charm.

Interesting.. That was just brought up in another thread! One person answered (sorry don't remember who) that it was the one where he threw a rock threw someone's window to get in. If that's the case, it's the episode that the "save the whales" guy got on board a sub and was going to release a chemical weapon aboard cuze he believed subs were harming the whales. I don't recall the dance being in it, but it wouldn't surprise me if it was.

I just skimmed over the season 2 dvds, it's not there so it must be season 1.

I actually like Tony. I think he's hilarious and it doesn't hurt that he's HOT!! I like his movie trivia smarts too, it's cute. I do however think he is too mean to Tim but Tim needs to put on a little tough guy once in a while and hit Tony upside the head too. Tony gives the show some humor...but then again Abby does too, she's a funny gal!

Tony is sooo cool. Sure he can be childish but still.. He has his halo moments. He cares, he just shows it in a different way.

It was the first episode in which McGee appeared. McGee wants to get a search warrent to enter a house, but DiNozzo picks up a rock and pretents to be a quarterback scrambling around (the dance) before he tosses the rock through the window and they go in.

WELL AS FOR ME I THINK THAT DINOZZO FITS PERFECTLY IN NCIS... LIKE gooie_choclatechip_cookie5 SAYS IT WOULD BE POINTLESS NOT HAVING TONY IN THE SHOW..... IT WONT BE AS ENTERTAINMENT AS IT IS

McGee fan and I like the Tony/Tim friendship strange as it maybe. I like how Tim knows right away like Model Behavious last night he took the mag to have the models sign it to Big D! Its also like how the two react to Abbys costume in the Halloween eps in S5 when she is dressed as Marilyn Monroe how they can't take their eyes off her. Love moments like that. I could go on but I like McGee and Dinozzo friendship.
