Holes?
Assuming I'm right, I'll ask one. Keep in mind I didn't read through all the ones previously asked, so my apologies if I repeated one.
When Shawn is walking with Jules and introduces himself to Howie Tolkein (football hotshot from Bueller episode, turned out to be murderer), what name did Shawn use?
Bonus: What is it a reference to?
It was indeed
Holes, which makes it even more funny since Dulé (Gus) played Onion Sam in the film!
Abe Foreman, Sausage King which is a reference to
Ferris Bueller's Day Off.
Kenny Loggins' name was feature in the
Lassie Did a Really Bad Thing, which song was mentioned when Shawn and Gus went to Tom Blair's Pub. Bonus points if you can name Loggins' singing partner.

Shawn said, "Well I guess he's not alright". So the song is "I'm all right" (nobody worry about me).

I can't remember his singing partner though..he sang with a chick on "Whenever I call You Friend"...but that's all I can remember.

2 + B
2 = C

I'm going to go all math nerd now:
Pythagorean Theorem is the sum of the 2 legs squared of a triangle. The sum will equal the hypotenuse. This will work with the right triangle. a^2+b^2=c^2
The Pythagorean Identity is the Pythagorean Theorem written in trigonometric function terms.
sin^2(x)+cos^2(x)=1
1+tan^2(x)=sec^2(x)
1+cot^2(x)=csc^2(x)
There are also a few more things that you can do with the Pythagorean Theorem but it would be too long to put here, and I am sure it would bore most people.
I just learned this in school. I need to get an A in the course so I do not need to take the final.
