My Mom was on the Comfort when it was hit by a kamikaze. She's still alive and in great shape at 89 this year. Here's her story of the bombing with some pics.

This is something we have to see. But it's not on HULU or YouTube...

Mom was quite a looker. She had guys falling for her everyday. She was also one of the women in WW2 that made meeting under the clock in the St. Francis Hotel in SF a legend. She'd set up dates with three or four guys and run off with the first one who came and her roommates would step in to her place be all set up.
