the kids @ my HS thought it'd be funny to park in the teacher's parking lot, which is closer, naturally, and then the teachers would have to park in the student spot.

It seems to me like they are trying to keep the Exorcist aspect of The Devil is in the Details....And in the Upstairs Bathroom from showing in the spoiler pictures or the promos. I wonder if they are just trying not to scare people away who would NEVER watch anything like/about the Exorcist. It doesn't bother me one bit so bring on the scary Psych!!! anyone else notice the same thing??

Regarding "Devil is in the details", the one thing I wonder is how they will manage the different aspects of mysticism, paranormal, religion, etc. We have a Catholic priest, a demonic possession, and a psychic?? Kinda sounds like the start of a joke I think Does the priest believe in Shawn's abilities, and if he does, how does he rationalize them? The idea of psychics, etc is not normally seen as a good thing in the Catholic world. And besides the question of who does and doesn't believe Shawn is psychic, there's the issue of what Shawn and Gus do (and don't) believe in.

It'll be an interesting balancing act to say the least!

i read on one of the promos that gus is taking the lead on the case! so maybe shawn will have to tone down his crazy antics cuz gus will be in charge (*snicker*)? hahah. we'll see how that works out. although i heard gus has pointy elbows...
also, i think they used to know the priest guy so thats probably another reason.

So here's something funny I noticed. In the commercial for this weeks episode Shawn makes a mention of muffins. Then when I read the sides for this week Lassie also mentions muffins. I thought this was pretty funny. I wonder if someone on the writing staff had a craving for muffins.

OMG!!! I´ve been really excited about this episode ("Shawn takes a shot in the dark") for weeks now, I don´t think I´ve never been that excited about anything before, but now when I saw these pictures, I´m even more excited. I can´t wait to october 16th, it´s to long!!!!

and by the way, these pictuers are from the opening credits from High Noon-Ish right, but in the credits, right before u see the scene when Shawn jumps onto the car u can see him sitting outside and Lassie, Juliet and a cop car comes rushing towards him, (and they look pretty worried), and it looks to me like he has the same shirt there as he has where he jumps onto the car. So what if that´s from the same episode!!

Me too! The show portrays such a good balance of drama & comedy.

Yes! Dramedy at its best. And what's even awesomer (not a word huh..I'll stick with Shassieshabashules), these actors can actually do both drama and comedy extremely well. Many shows do not have that depth in their actors, so we scored bigtime with Psych.

Hmm...now I'm sooo tempted to bring those pics forward again, but I shall be patient and wait (oh heck, I'll just back to the previous page...*big grin*)

I just love how they are able to balance drama with comedy so well. Plus, how they keep experimenting with how far they can venture into "new and unknown realms" while still keeping themselves solidly "Psych." It's like they keep thinking of ways that they can really challenge themselves, then go for it
