I am guessing the best place to start would be at the Westminster Kennel Club website. There should be a list of contacts - I'd start with the membership chair - and ask who is in charge of vendors for the show. I do believe WKC holds more than one show a year so you might be able to start at one of those first before moving to the BIG one. I am betting it is not as glamorous as it would appear too. I am sure there is a waiting list for vendors so it could be a while before you actually get in - space is EXTREMELY limited. Good luck in fulfilling this desire.
