Any episode with quality Lassie time is a *great* episode... well, at least his parts (Thinking Tuesday 17th, which I enjoyed--*loved* the Lassie storyline--but the ending puts me off a bit, though I realize it is in homage to Friday the 17th... it just ends the ep on a strange note)

Very true. I'd probably appreciate that ending scene if I bothered to watch real horror films. If I watch even a "kind of horror" film, it's all psychological a la Hitchcock. Hitchcock + James Stewart=GOLD!

Hmm... I wouldn't mind a Psych twist on Rear Window... but not just a rip-off, but kinda the idea... a web feed or something! (This all kinda goes with my idea of Shawn being out of commission for some reason or another and Lassie and Gus having to solve the crime with Shawn not there, but trying to help via phone...)

I never considered that, but I kind of like the idea! Gus is always so intimidated by Lassiter!
