LOL! Well I tried Ballet (was too tall and quite gawky), soccer (tripped a lot), field hockey (I love swinging sticks but I the other girls got tired of getting hit). So the only sports that stuck were volleyball, track, and basketball.
Ahh... childhood sports (and I do mean childhood, because I went more academic following elementary school): gymnastics (the type 5-year-olds do), tap dance (very short lived), T-ball (one season), soccer (maybe two seasons), volleyball (one or two seasons, I can't serve very well), and swim team, which was my last, but probably best sport... in as much to say as I am a good swimmer. Quickness, on the other hand? Not so much.
Suffice it to say, I later moved on to Odyssey of the Mind, Honor Society, Key Club, band, and Drama.
These days, though I don't get to do them much (if almost ever), the 'sports' I enjoy most are horseback riding, kayaking, and (still) swimming.
