"Captain, im leaving the squad."
"For how long? And why?"
"I just need a break thats all. And i dont know how long ill be gone."
"Do you ant me to tell Elliot?"
"NO!!!" Olivias voice was sudden and full of surprise.
"Well alright. Um i guess i wish you luck then. did you tell munch and finn?"
Olivia looked down at her hands. If there was one thing she was bad at it was saying good bye to the only family she really had.
"Uh, yeah. I informed them not to say anything to Elliot."Olivia sniffled to try and hold back her tears but it didnt work.Cragen watched as a tear slowly made its way down his daughters cheeck. This was really his first time seeing his daughter actually shed a tear s he was kind of surprised."May i ask why you dont want elliot to know?"
"Because i dont need him doing something stupid. Like trying to come after me. its just best if he doesnt know ok?"
"Olivia, waht do you think hes going to do when he finds out that your gone? hes gonna do exactly what your trying to pervent. hes gonna try and find you, and when he does he will try to convince you to come back."
"Well, just dont say anything ok? Could you do that much? Please dad?"
Cragen looked at his hands. it was his turn to shed a tear. "Yeah.If thats what you want then sure." He tried to put a smile on his face but it quickly faded when he looked up and saw that olivia was already gone.Noone noticed olivia leave the building.Except of course Elliot. When he looked up from his paper work he noticed oilivia storming out of cragens office.He decided not to go after her. Seeing as he thought she needed alone time. Besides they were arguing enough as it is. he didnt need to make a big scene just from tryng to help her out. So he looked back down and continued his DD-5.
