SkyBark will be presenting the “Pre-Westminister Fashion Show & Awards” Presentation Party at the Hotel Pennsylvania

New York, NY February 3, 2009 – SkyBark, your favorite pet-friendly party locale, is invading New York City and throwing a fabulous "Pre-Westminster Fashion Show & Awards" Party on Friday, February 6th 2009, which will benefit the Animal Haven charity.

This party is being brought to you in part by SkyBark’s media sponsors Doggy Aficionado, FIDO Friendly, and Metropolitan Dog Clubs- Blue Book.

SkyBark will be in full effect at the Hotel Pennsylvania’s Penn Top Ballroom. This glamorous ballroom features immaculate views of the Empire State Building and the marquis of Madison Square Garden. The red carpet will be rolling out for you and your canine companions at 8 PM. The event will benefit Animal Haven, a no kill animal adoption center, shelter and sanctuary for displaced cats and dogs. A "Special Live Auction", courtesy of FIDO Friendly magazine, will be in place. In addition, SkyBark will play host to a silent auction and there will be gift bags given out with loads of goodies from generous supporters of the event and LES POOCHS.

SkyBark’s guest list includes a cast of who’s who in the pet industry. Ada Nieves of Ada Nieves for Dogs is coordinating A Pre-Westminster Fashion Show & Awards presentation. A canine fashion show featuring a number celebrities and celebrity dogs from Network & Cable TV that will be honored Oscar’s style. There will be Mutt-i-Grees (mixed breed dogs) walking from The American Mutt-i-Grees Club & Pet Savers Foundation with a Special Guest appearance with these adorable adoptable pets. In addition, Kate Goldwater of AuH2O Designs will be putting on a human fashion show, with clothing available for sale at the event.

A professional pet photographer will be on hand snapping shots of your canine companions as they strut down the red carpet. Her photos of you and yours will be framed on site and available to take home. If that’s not enough, Annie Germani, pet psychic, will be on hand tapping into your four legged friends’ innermost thoughts and feelings. There will be a guest DJ spinning all night.
