LOL!!! This was awesome!!!!! Love that they are picking on him about all the 'hot chicks' he's worked with and then he adds 'angela jolie too' and JohnDebella says 'fingers up!' LOL!!! And love his 'touche' back to the critics about the 4 1/2 million people!!! yeah baby!! OH and 'vs' David Caruso sunglass move!!! Aiihhhh!!!! Oh boy Jenna ya gotta hear this interview!!!Mr Donovan: 'I need to put my sunglasses on 'cause it's bright out!"

Jenna, this was definitely full of some great banter between the DJ and Jeff.

I love how Jeffrey talks about their audience. I also enjoyed the way Jeffrey talked about how the press doubted people would start watching again because it came back in January...funny media The sunglass bit is hilarious.

Regarding the sunglasses move of David Caruso vs. Jeffrey Donovan, I love how thoughtful and sincere Jeff is as he answered this question - and I was already laughing in delight over this fact, actually, because it was just such a terrifically smart and witty answer to the "sunglasses of justice" question, when the guy interviewing said, "what I love is the fact that you're trying to answer me!" Awww, Jeff. [laughs] We love ya, man!

This was a fantastic interview - thank you so much for posting it, sarcasmlove! Like you, I thought that was pretty cute the way Jeffrey Donovan worded his answer about the reviewer and would people tune in come January - and Jeff said something to the effect of how 4 1/2 million people watched the show and why would they stop tuning in just because it was January, or something to that effect - kind of like, where would they all disappear to? Like a Langoliers effect or something lol!

[and yes, Jenna - that interviewer was HILARIOUS! Let me flip up both fingers now, a-hahahaha!!!! LOL!!!! awesome.]

ETA: I love how gracious Jeffrey Donovan is when discussing the "brainchild" of Burn Notice, Matt Nix. I loved how he said something to the effect of, "I'm just the lucky sap who gets to say his lines." You can tell he has so much respect for Mr. Nix (with good reason).

Oh yeah, the banter was very funny, and loved how JD gave it up to David Caruso. JD is so consistently down to earth and funny in interviews. I didn't believe him for a second though when he said he doesn't take his job seriously. He's an incredible actor and he wouldn't be if he didn't.

I'm also really impressed at how everyone from the show always compliments us fans on being smart. Right back at ya Nix and crew!!

i loved it!!!!!!!!! i know this is super nerdy, but i when he mentioned the fans, i felt like he was talking to me. but i love the fact that he has an admiration for us fans. I also love how he doesn't take himself seriously. As an aside Jeffrey's voice is uber sexy.

I actually realized during Christmas break as I was watching my Burn Notice Season 1 DVD that the beginning of my laugh is exactly like JD's laugh; too bad the end of my laugh tampers off into some other area!

I just loved the sunglasses part. The whole interview was hilarious but the sunglasses part made my stomach hurt because I was laughing so hard!

thank you for posting this sarcasmlove!! how kind of you to share with everyone! and philippa, yeah, like the langolier effect --- omg i'm so lmao (i think those are the right abbreviation thingies) !!!! that comment was so out of the blue but so true! just another great interview from jd, he sounded so relaxed and the sunglass thing, oh dear lord, that's one of the reasons i can't stand to watch the csi miami show, all the 'posing' caruso does, it's just so 'overdone' and 'obvious' and just plain silly. Jeffrey Donovan NEVER poses like that -- if he does it's way more NATURAL!!! thanks again sarcasmlove!!! gilligansgirl
