Shame on you, USA Network, for only carrying the first hour of the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show on Monday night. I've depended on you for years to bring me this broadcast, and last year you started depriving me of the first night of this event. I do not have CNBC on my small-town cable system. What does a girl have to do to get things back to the way they used to be?

This should go under the thread called: hmmmmm, i duuno. This is a hard one. Maybe it should go under the thread named: Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show! duh....

I am dissapointed! This year the WKC website is restricting the video viewing outside of the USA !!! This is not fair to us who cannot be there but still want to be a part of it. Bad Decision.

I'm from Canada and also find myself restricted from watching the videos. It's not like I even have an option to subscribe to USA Network. I don't know if this was a decision from the WKC or the networks, but I'm very displeased by this.

I agree, this is a very bad decision. It does not cost any advertising dollars to allow internationals to view the videos....as we can't see the TV coverage anyway! Funny, though, they allowed me to see the commercial advertising on the video before telling me that I could not see the video clip!

Is this going to be fixed?

PLEASE FIRE the hosts!!! They are atrocious with their incredibly INANE comments. If I did not know better I would think I was watching the movie "Best in Show" where Fred Willard was one of the announcers. David Frei really SHOULD know better but I guess the female co-host has sucked the intelligence right out of his head!!!

I could not agree with you more - I think David would be fine if he did not have such idiots to play off - he did speak about being responsible dog breeders and educating to be responsible dog owners, but for the most part, get rid of all the other stuff, it really is not needed. Ms. Carillo is just clueless!!! At in the BIS movie, you expect it to be funny - this is funny and really is not supposed to be. Why don't they get a professional handler or a judge to provide the additional comments - makes sense to me to get someone from the industry. WTG, Cts_Wardour!!

I can remember a LONG time ago the Clarks use to host Westminster. I met Annie Clark once but I never had the privilege of showing a dog under her. She was very, very nice but strict. I was very, very sad when I heard she had died.

Yeah, I too say get rid of the co- host, she sounds like a "she-he" I didn't know she was a female until I saw her!!! The co-host should be someone that's involved with the dog show scene. This woman clearly had no clue what she was talking about . It's like having John Madden commentate on a tennis match!!!

I so enjoy watching the Westminster dog show every year, but this will likely be the end. I am saddened by the fact that as they narrate during the show how people should find a reputable breeder and contact the AKC to find a puppy---that they allow Shake a Paw---a PET STORE---to advertise. This happened the past couple years and i kept hoping WKC would smarten up, guess not. Looks like puppy mills make money for everyone at the cost of a the dog's miserable breeding life.
