QUOTE (Escobar @ Jan 25 2009, 03:41 AM)

Every since i came home from the Phoenix Suns game pissed off, i came home and i flipped around the channels and found this cool show. Usually i hate all this CSI/24 or bones, bullcrap. But this show had me hooked like a fiend on crack. I usually only watch USAnetwork for Wrestling.
Anyways, my question, when did this show start airing?
Escobar, welcome to the Burn Notice community! I didn't mean to ignore your post -- there have been so many new topics started in the last few days that I didn't see yours. (that, and I've been posting like a fiend over in the episode discussion thread; feel free to drop by there and share your thoughts on the episode with us!)
As Bruce Campbell (who plays Sam Axe) has said in interviews, the thing he loved about Burn Notice was that it wasn't "a cop show, a doctor show, or a lawyer show." It's a fun and different kind of show to watch! I hope that you can catch up with earlier episodes either via hulu, iTunes, or DVD (the first season is available on DVD at this time).
As FiRocks has mentioned, the show began airing in late June, 2007 -- but I know that many of us came to the show much later than that. I didn't know about Burn Notice until late spring, 2008 (when I caught the first season in its encore run on USA Network).
Welcome again and I hope you will consider stopping by the "welcome new members" thread -- we'd enjoy seeing you there and would welcome the opportunity to meet you.
