To USA Network executives: ABC has foolishly cancelled one of their best shows, Eli Stone. Please consider picking up this excellent show. I believe it fits well into your "Characters Welcome" theme. There are various petitions on the web for ABC to save Eli Stone, so you can see it has a loyal fan following - and not a small contingent either. Anyone who agrees, please post here. Thanks!

I couldn't agree more! Eli Stone is one of the most creative, original, brilliantly written, acted and directed shows I can recall. More than that, it repays viewing repeatedly--as literature rewards re-reading. I fervently believe that USA Network would gain an incredible boost in viewers from keeping a powerhouse of a show like this going. Ultimately, I can only encourage those who make the decisions to watch ONE episode--any episode of Eli Stone--and let the experience of its intense value speak for itself! Perhaps those of us who've faced death often, as I have in many firefights, and later in unexpected, dangerous surgery, find a particularly high level of appreciation in what this particular show has to say about what matters and what doesn't. True Characters understand some things. ABC patently didn't. I suspect USA very well might.

I totally agree with you!!!! I've email USA as well to try to get someone to take notice of Eli Stone. I sure hope someone in their network would pull this one in and see how many fans come with it. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE SAVE ELI STONE!!!!

ABC has made some incredibly stupid decisions in the last few months. They not only killed Eli, they killed The Unusuals.
If USA knows what it's doing, it'll pick up one or both shows and draw in some truly devoted audience members.

Please pick this show up. It was one of my favorite shows, and it was a feel good show.

I got so excited to hear that USA may pick up ELI STONE - please do - you picked up MONK and that's been a great show. Pick up ELI and you will have another great show to replace MONK.
